Comfort Inn and Suites Chisago CIty

Took my nephew and his friend for an overnight as his birthday present. Had a wonderful time! Room was clean, pool and hot tub great. Jo at the front desk was amazing! She was extremely helpful the entire time and really made our stay that much better. I hope this gets to management to give her the acknowledgment she deserves. Thank you!

Great hotel that is clean, staff are friendly, and breakfast was a highlight of the day. Carol made our stay outstanding with her smile greeting us at breakfast! We stayed a few times over the past year and recently stayed a long term stay of many weeks. Kelly the manager was great to work with and accommodating with our long term stay.

The rooms and service was great. Although we couldn't figure out how to turn the hot tub on in our room. They gave us a discount when we left to make it right. Thanks You! A half hour later they called after we checked out and wanted to do more, so the gave us a free room on our next visit. Suggestion to mark the light switch the gives the power to hot tub. Excellent service great place to stay with 2 bikes to ride on trails.

Very nice and clean. Large tv with easy guide. Would be nice if they had an ice machine on the 3rd floor. Vending machines just took our money, but the hotel did reimburse us.

Very nice suite for the price. Not a lot to do in the area.
