Everything was wonderful about our stay. The entire facility was above our expectations. The room was very large and well furnished. The pool was just the right size, and it was great for our little kids that there was a zero depth entry pool. The breakfast was fresh and delicious. Overall an amazing stay.

Our client Hannah Hogan recently stayed here while performing nearby and was very glad they did! This property is a perfect place for a touring entertainer to take advantage of if they have the opportunity. The room is perfect, quiet, and comfortable, there's a free breakfast buffet, indoor pool, exercise room, laundry room, and even a game room with a bunch of games! The staff is super accommodating and was very glad to offer a late check out as well. Thank you for taking such great care of your guests!

Upon arrival they had one guy at the desk for check in so that slowed down the process. The guy was also very rude, short and not helpful at all. The king suites were nice and clean, the bathrooms were very clean and the shower pressure was nice. Only complaints about the room were that when I tried to open the curtain the whole curtain fell off and landed on the floor and the mini fridge took almost an entire day to get drinks cold. The pool and Jacuzzi were nice. The arcade sucked and is a very big joke. The arcade is one of the main reasons why we chose this hotel. First the game room only takes tokens, they have a change machine that takes $1's and $5's and some of the machines say they will take $1's and $5's to play them. Of course I didn't have any low bills so I went to the front desk to see if I could get change and the same rude guy was still working and told me he doesn't have any low bills. So after I went next door to a near by restaurant to get change I go back to the game room and now the change machine says out of service. I went back to the front desk and asked him if they can fix it and he says no. Then I tried to use a dollar bill and a five dollar bill in some of the machines and it wouldn't take it. Later on that evening the coffee machine in the lobby was not working so I told him and he said it's probably out, so I asked well can you refill it seeing as he was just sitting behind the desk doing nothing.... And he sighs and says yeah in a minute.. The exercise room is small with not much equipment but it is efficient for a workout. The free breakfast buffet is good and has a wide variety. Checking out was a lot better because they had a nice and friendly lady at the desk named Zana. This place could be good if they hire more friendly staff and maybe come up with a better way to run the arcade room.

We stayed here this past weekend for a hockey festival my grandson was participating in at the nearby Schwan's Super Rink. It was VERY nice! Staff were super nice and helpful. Free breakfast was very good. Decor was lovely, small pool was good for young kids and there was a larger one good for older kids or adults. There was a video arcade as well. They also have a nice hot tub. Our room was huge and included a large refrigerator for all of our snacks and drinks as well as a microwave. It is located only a couple of blocks from the ice arena and the National Sports Center, with numerous restaurants and stores close by also. The room and the common areas of the hotel were very clean. If I had reason to be in this area I would definetly stay here again!

4.5 stars. This hotel gets most of the details right. My single king room is clean, updated, roomy. Bed is comfy, but the pillows are too big and puffy for my taste. Fridge, microwave in room. Some of minor details it gets right: large vanity in bathroom, sit down vanity area outside the bathroom, mirrors (!) where they make sense. Coffee/tea is available for free 24/7, like many hotels, but so is fruit. This is the third hotel I stayed in the area and by far the best. There is an indoor pool, average size, with a hot tub and kiddie pool. Workout room is larger than most, but only had one treadmill.
