Ali's NOFRILLS Scarborough

I made an appointment at the No Frills Pharmacy a week in advance for my COVID and flu shot, scheduled at 1:05 pm. I arrived on time only to find three people ahead of me who had already been waiting for nearly an hour. Meanwhile, the consultation room was empty, and the pharmacist was occupied on the computer rather than attending to patients. This experience was incredibly frustrating and disappointing. It’s unacceptable to ask customers to book appointments and then disregard their time so blatantly. The lack of respect for people’s schedules makes me question their commitment to patient care.

I had such a positive experience at No Frills, thanks to the amazing cashier, Yvonne. She was incredibly kind, helpful, and genuinely good-hearted. It’s rare to meet someone who brightens your day just by their warmth and professionalism.nnYvonne made my shopping experience so pleasant, and I truly appreciated her attention to detail and friendliness. They have the worst staff who are unprofessional, rude and excellent at arguing with customers for no reason.nnI was today barred for 2kg of produce only if i do price match. however, it is not mentioned anywhere in their policy. And when I asked to show me the policy their tantrums started and they started arguing with me that it is store policy.To cover themselves they said we can allow you with a compromise. But they could do the same thing with other customers . I called for the manager and after sometime 2 managers came 1 by 1 but did not bothered to talk to me or answer my questions at all. Their rude staff kept on giving me lame excuses and just beating around the bush in a very unprofessional manner. At the last, they tried to threaten me and make leave the store.nThis is hell of a cheating and unacceptable rude behaviour. Totally disrespectful and disgusting!!

Today, I bought 2 sea bass from you and paid $25.68. When I got home, I found that the fish were not properly cleaned, and worst of all, instead of cleaning them, the edible parts of the fish were literally thrown away. The staff is not doing their job properly. I am sending you pictures of the fish and my purchase receipt. There was no meat left inside the fish. I threw them away. I demand that you take the necessary measures and compensate me for my losses.nnRegards,nKerem Karaman

I will never be shopping there and I will never recommend any of my friends or family to shop there .. they should be a minus -1 star … cashiers are rude and very unprofessional.. i lined up in a cash lane with 4 items only to here from the cashier in a very rude manner that she is closed .. I ask where is the closed sign ..she said it was on a top shelf ..i said it should be on the the cash lane belt .. she said very rudely again the customer moved cause they were loading and repeated she was close.. I said I understand but I don’t see a sign and I even moved the sign to the belt … then comes a very older looking lady named Michelle telling the cashier that had to punch out a customer .. everyone in the cash area can hear her .. i didn’t know that employees can talk about customers like that … cashier Michelle you need to retire or get professional management training ..I always try to support local but the store has been deteriorating in customer service and products selling rotten produce for the same high prices .. even today bought a box of tangerines had to throw out 6 being at the bottom and rotted … Ali the owner conduct your employees and hire to make money not loose money …
