Today, I bought 2 sea bass from you and paid $25.68. When I got home, I found that the fish were not properly cleaned, and worst of all, instead of cleaning them, the edible parts of the fish were literally thrown away. The staff is not doing their job properly. I am sending you pictures of the fish and my purchase receipt. There was no meat left inside the fish. I threw them away. I demand that you take the necessary measures and compensate me for my losses.nnRegards,nKerem Karaman
Placed inside the the Golden Mile center. It would be better if it was bigger and in a separate building near to the main intersection. It's also a bit smaller comparatively, and some items gets out of stock really fast. However, it's still a good location due to No Frills prices and decent varieties of items.
This place of all the supermarkets I have been as a visitor to Toronto has affordable prices , well laid out and a big stock of choices . With large picks there should be more cash counters especially at the time close to closure to facilitate quick exit . A little more attractive entry point would be pleasant .
Located inside the Golden Mile mall plaza, easy access with carts that require 25 cents. Plenty of parking and spread over a nice area. It's always clean with plenty of attendents and a self checkout. The pharmacy inside is operate very professional and never had issues with them. Overall it's been an excellent experience.
The price of an item on the aisle is different from what is advertised in the flyer. The cashier and the supervisor are so incompetent in fixing that instead arguing that the flyer in the flipp app doesn’t apply for their store. I agreed to that for a min and they showed me the flyer specific to that store which even has the same discount. Now the supervisor started showing me a line on the flyer “Available at select stores”. Poor supervisor doesn’t know the difference b/w product availability and discount. They did not accept their mistake of advertising a discount on flyer and putting a diff price in the aisle. Also the cashier tried to charge me twice. One with incorrect price on the aisle and the other with discounted price in the flyer.
