Decent place to shop, just don't try to return items as the cashiers make it seem like a chore. I waited in line patiently to attempt to be get a refund as I misread the price on item. After waiting in line the same cashier who cashed me out says before serving me if you need to exchange that you have to wait for the boss, I can't do that. I said that's fine, she repeated herself agaub and said you will have to wait.nIf I waited in line to exchange the item for a refund why question me again almost to discourage frome the refund.nI did not feel like this is a welcoming store with poor customer service so I decided to leave and except my mistake. I will not return to this location and definitely go out of my way not to ever give this location any business.nDon't accept a customers money and/or business if you are not willing to provide decent customer service when a customer has a simple request that seems like a chore by your staff to fulfill. Please remind staff that customers are the ones that help the store keep the lights on !!!

Store is nice and clean. You get ample of parking spot and near the parking lot you can also find Mc Donald. Inside the store you have lots of south Asian and middle east products please check out the pictures apart from regular grocery store you also find a pharmacy and beer options. If you looking for wine or champagne it's not available and neither 0% alcohol beer option. Employees are helpful and will provide you sufficient information regarding your questions. I found the price in this store is cheaper than the metro which is just a block away. And lot of options than compared to metro store. Please all the photos as I have got almost all the asel and plus indian stuff.

CASHIER STARTS NAGGING AT ME ON FOOD WASTE!!!!nnI went to make a return. Item was UNOPENED, NO SIGNS OF DAMAGE OR TAMPERING, packaging was only SLIGHTLY BENT.nnCashier 1, an older brown-skinned woman, happened at 1pm on Thursday July 11th. The cashier looked PISSED on looking at the item. I can already tell that she does not want to do the return. Asked me for reason, and also CALLED for approval. Got the APPROVAL. She processes my return with an upset face. Then,nshe starts NAGGING me on food waste about how many people in India are starving, blaming me that no one is going to buy it because of its current condition. JESUS CHRIST LADY, i am not in charge of your store’s protocol on food waste, but from my best judgement that item still pass a quality check and meets the terms of store’s return policy.nnNo one can meet your very high standards, go speak to your manager educate him on food waste and teach him of food banks so that he stops wasting food. Maybe also educate yourself too on who’s responsible for food waste. I find this lady stupefying. To blame a customer for doing nothing wrong is INSANE! Do you find comfort insulting others! Do you go home and nag to your husband?nnOn another occasion, a different cashier does not bother to put my items on the belt after scanning them. She just left it right beside her. I have to reach passed the plastic shields and ask her to push the items on the belt.nnMultiple times I experience bad customer service in this location. I don’t understand what’s wrong with these cashiers. They are so rude. Out of all the grocery stores i’ve been, this is the WORST customer service I have experienced. Are they unwell?!nnAvoid this place at all cost if you don’t want your day ruined!

I love this Freshco and the variety of foods, Meats, fish etc. Rarely do I go and not find a sales item. For the most part, the cashiers are courteous, but, I found one young cashier at #1 til not engaging, courteous or friendly. She needs to do better!

Great prices with a bunch of south Asian groceries and ingredients. There aren’t many staff members to help and you can see where they cut on cost. Billing also takes a long time and they have Sobeys/ Freshco stupid dollar/ quarter system for getting a shopping cart - this is annoying if you don’t have any change and it’s a terrible way to encourage folks to leave carts back where they belong. Since there are no staff, there’s no way even to get a cart if you want one and you don’t have the exact coin a quarter
