Loblaws – Bayview VillagennA large store with a wide variety of products, all well organized and easy to browse.nnI just came back from traveling and found the prices reasonable. The quality of the meat is good, and everything is neatly displayed with plenty of choices.nnThere’s also free parking, which is very convenient.nnOverall, a very good shopping experience. I’ll definitely come back more often.

Truly one of the best grocery stores in the entire city. Love the new renovation. They have almost everything, and it is super clean and neat.

Bone fragment found in ground beef and black dots in ground beef — please improve quality controlnnI shop at this Loblaws regularly and usually have a good experience. However, I recently found a bone fragment in the ground beef I purchased here Bayview Village location. I caught it before biting down hard, but it was still concerning because it could easily cause a chipped tooth or injury.nI understand that occasional fragments can happen in processing, but I wanted to share this so the store and supplier can review quality control. Staff here are usually great, and I hope this feedback helps prevent it from happening again.nnOn another occasion, I've found black dots on the bottom of the ground beef. If this becomes a pattern, I'll need to consider other grocery store options.

Bought vegan butter for my daughter, however, later found it Expired 4 months ago. Best before Dec9, 2025. Went to the store to get a refund and also wanted to talk to someone who is in charge of dairy department. Costumer service person called for dairy manager,no one showed up. Finally after waiting 15 minutes, a guy named Mike came and told me that I took the last expired product, but didn’t say sorry. Just throw a same product for me to take instead. that one only 2 weeks left to be expired, so I didn’t take it. At that moment, I want to make sure whether what Mike said was true that I took the last expired one. Went to check the dairy shelf found 2 more products were still on the shelf. Obviously, he lied about it to escape the situation. I was so shocked and angry. How come he made a such lie. No one takes responsibility for this.

Running a high-traffic, flagship location like this is no small feat, but Jane does it with absolute grace and professionalism.n​Every time I visit, the store is impeccably clean, beautifully organized, and fully stocked. What truly stands out, though, is the customer service. Jane is incredibly visible on the floor, always approachable, and leads her team by example. Whenever I’ve needed assistance or had a quick question, she has gone above and beyond to ensure a great shopping experience.n​It’s rare to see a manager so genuinely invested in both her staff and her customers. Thank you, Jane, and the entire Bayview Village team for keeping this store top-tier!
