FreshCo Don Mills & Helen Lu

One of the best Fereshco stores in GTA. Very organized and clean store. Underground parking helps customers use the store in bad weather. The staff were kind, nice and helpful. The fruit and vegetables were fresh. I highly recommend this store.

The store location is really convenient, in the heart of a large community. The parking space can accommodate the shoppers cars even during the weekend.nnThe store itself is super clean at all times. The lights are bright, which adds a great benefit to the shopping experience .nThe store is well stocked both on the weekends and weekdays. The displays and shelves are always full, containing a vast variety of products.nnThere’s always deals and rollback for some good products as well.nnPersonally, and from work experience, I like their produce department. It’s clean, fresh and always stocked.nAssociates are friendly and helpful. I also liked their self checkout machines.nnOverall I like the store and I really want to thank the workers and their management team.

Called this store asking for a pharmacy. Don't have. However the store lady was very mannerly and friendly. Asked if there was another Sobeys in the city which has a pharmacy. She politely said, There likely is. I just don't know one.nMy reason for calling is that my medication is out of stock until possibly Aug.nLast grocery store I called they picked up and quickly hung up.nnSo I would like your employee to get an excellent recognition today for answering call.

Been coming here since they opened. Great selection of reasonably priced products.nnCustomer service have always been adequate until last Friday. Around 1pm, Middle-aged lady at check out was clearly in a bad mood. She had a hostile, disrespectful and belittling attitude towards customers, refusing to follow clear and simple instructions like I don't want to buy a grocery bag.nnI am reconsidering this store as one of my go-to grocery places.
