I’ve visited this store enough times to write a review. While the location is convenient, there are several recurring issues that deserve attention:nnOn a few occasions, I’ve noticed discrepancies between the advertised discounts and the prices charged at checkout. When I’ve pointed this out, staff often seem unaware and need to send someone to the aisle to verify. As a customer, it’s unreasonable to have to double-check every single price/discount myself, this should be accurate and consistent.nnThe scales in the meat section have appeared unreliable on a few occasions. I’ve attached a photo showing two nearly identical packages, yet the one on the right is clearly overstated in weight. This kind of inconsistency raises concerns about pricing accuracy.nnNot all, but many of the cashiers don’t greet customers or make any effort to be courteous. There’s often no smile, no eye contact, and little to no interaction. While I understand that working in retail can be demanding, a basic level of friendliness and professionalism should still be expected to create a more welcoming environment.nnI once purchased a baked item that, upon opening shortly after leaving the store, was already covered in large patches of green mold, despite being well within its printed expiry date. It was clear the mold had developed before I bought it. This raised concerns about food safety and how well items are being checked before being put on the shelf.

I express my deep concern about product I saw yesterday. Unacceptable highly offensive racist packaging, how this even appeared on your shelves? There are so many wonderful products and still you choose to sell this company goods.nI appreciate your store and service and couldn’t imagine such situation. I sincerely hope you’ll not ignore it, make investigation and will ban products belonging to a company that dares to place such images on their packaging and infiltrate the shelves of Canadian stores in a country that prides itself on being free, democratic and tolerant.

I bought this banana bread about 1 week ago on March 16. Best before date not expiry is March 26, 2025. Normally don't keep receipts because its a normal thing to not keep them as you expect your goods to keep at least until the posted date. I noticed mold on March 23rd 3 days before BEST BEFORE DATE. I attempted to get a refund with the same payment method used to buy the groceries. The cashiers and manager refused to provide any refund or assistance since I did not have a physical receipt. They made no attempts to look into their system, kind of just brushed me off and felt really lazy. Extremely disappointed and frustrated and will be formally complaining to the corporation.

I went to FreshCo this past Saturday and had a wonderful experience at self-checkout thanks to Pardy and Noor. It was my first time at self checkout and not only was their customer service excellent, but they even went out of their way to help me with my groceries, which I really appreciated especially since it was self checkout. You can tell they genuinely care about their customers and take pride in their work. Great job ladies, keep it up!

The store location is really convenient, in the heart of a large community. The parking space can accommodate the shoppers cars even during the weekend.nnThe store itself is super clean at all times. The lights are bright, which adds a great benefit to the shopping experience .nThe store is well stocked both on the weekends and weekdays. The displays and shelves are always full, containing a vast variety of products.nnThere’s always deals and rollback for some good products as well.nnPersonally, and from work experience, I like their produce department. It’s clean, fresh and always stocked.nAssociates are friendly and helpful. I also liked their self checkout machines.nnOverall I like the store and I really want to thank the workers and their management team.
