Rocca's NOFRILLS Toronto

2 1/2 stars actually. Nice renovation, great parking. They rarely have enough checkouts open for the demand, so don’t expect a quick in and out experience. Self check outs aren’t an option until later in the day.nBiggest pet peeve… always have to grab a carry basket from the checkouts as they don’t replenish the stack at the entrances.

This is a 'smaller' No Frills than some. They still have a good selection, but occasionally will not have all varieties of an item.nThey consistently seem to run out of items, particularly those Advertised on Sale.nPhotos from two visits; mid day Mon & late afternoon Sat.

This store is horrible !!!! They never replenish items or it takes weeks , they cannot keep up with the demand of the area . My biggest issue is the security PROFILING my children , following them around and making them very uncomfortable . Guess what the “ white “ guys are still stealing meat from you and selling it up and down the side streets while your security harass paying customers !!!!!! Do t even get me started on being assaulted by one of the security over my registered service animal ! Stay away from here there are much nicer places to spend my hard earned money . Price wise Freshco is a much nicer experience and helpful !

This No Frills is a real hidden gem as you can miss it if your not paying attention.nnI have shopped at many different No Frills locations across the city but this one is the ABSOLUTE BEST!!!! It's the cleanest and most organized No Frills I have ever shopped in. Even the plastic bags for the produce is different from other locations lolnnGreat prices and friendly customer service....I will be a return shopper!!!!

I went to Rocca's NOFRILLS to get some Chinese cabbage and dumplings this morning. After the cashier scanned my items, I found out the prices were higher than the advertised prices on the flyer. The cashier told me I need to tell her about the flyer sale before she scans my items to get the advertised prices for international food. Discrimination against international food buyers? I wouldn't have known the prices were intentionally set higher than the flyer prices before the cashier scanned items. Anyway, the cashier kindly adjusted the prices according to the flyer for me. But she still got the prices wrong and too high. I pointed out the mistake and she readjusted the prices to match the flyer pricing. I paid. But the cashier didn't do the right thing to follow SCOP practices, so I sill paid more than what I should have paid. I certainly don't appreciate the sneaky business practices at NoFRILLS.
