Good place to watch Indian films specially South Indian ones. Quality of screen and seats are not great and hence the 3 star rating. Having said that this is one of those rare cinemas which shows Indian films exclusively so don’t have much choice other than to come back here.
Everything the service is fine but whatever you do! Never book your tickets online because they take your money few times and takes days to return the money so whenever you want to watch go in person earlier and get the tickets. Never book online for this
Pretty standard place. They got good snacks and having an intermission for Indian movies really helps a lot.
Fully packed audience. Crazy whistling and cheering noises when mass scene comes in the movie. Great sound system and comfortable seats. We watched “RRR” and it was one of the best theatre experience ever!
I bought an online ticket for $21in for a Tamil movie. You need to go to the kiosk and get a physical copy of the ticket before the movie begins. Since the seats are reserved you don't need to worry about coming early. Outside food can't be brought unless you hide it in a bag. Since the theater is part of a mall, I recommend using the Mall's restroom since the one in the theater gets crowded and is not upto the mark. This movie theater is pretty outdated but has one of the biggest halls in GTA. Though the screen to hall ratio is not great I would suggest picking seats in the middle of the hall during purchase. The movie starts after 10-15min of ads and trailers and there is an intermission in between.
They show very limited movies. I went there to watch black Adam and it wasn't running there. Seating is not good but screen quality was satisfactory.
The place feels like a rundown location. Seating are not comfortable and noticed many worn out ones. Unfortunately one of the few options to watch south Asian movies, especially for people who are coming from the west end.
The sound sucks, the theatre stinks, terrible snacks and drinks. Please do not go to this theatre. Boycott Woodside, Albion and all the tamil theatres that are doing politics and preventing the release of one of the most important tamil films - Ponniyin Selvan. Have some dignity please, honestly this is disgusting @Albion
Can go, as we have limited options to watch Indian, especially South Indian movies in GTA. Otherwise the theatre setup is technically weak, especially the audio. York Cinemas is better.
Went couple of times. Enough parking spot. Sometimes struggle to find the opening when the mall is closed.
