Amazing IMAX experience!nWatching the Michael Jackson movie on such a massive screen with powerful sound was unforgettable. The energy, music, and dance performances felt incredibly real, I honestly felt the adrenaline the whole time.nnThe theater was clean, well-organized, and the IMAX quality made a huge difference. The staff were very friendly, respectful, and helpful throughout the visit.nnDefinitely worth it if you’re a Michael Jackson fan or just want a high-quality cinematic experience. Highly recommended!

Very disappointed with our experience on Valentine’s Day. We purchased VIP tickets and I presented my valid ID I’m 31. My girlfriend forgot hers, and although we showed a photo, we were denied entry.nnNow this is where I almost lost my shit, while waiting for so called “manager”, the door attendant allowed FOUR other guests in without checking their IDs. I asked why he didnt ID them, he shrugged and the manager said something along, “You guys look young, I can never tell with Asians,” smiling as a little joke and claimed it was protocol.nnSelective ID checks paired with a racial remark is unacceptable. This was supposed to be a special date night and instead became a humiliating experience. I hope management addresses this seriously.

I really enjoyed being able to buy my hot dog along with a drink and freshly baked fries. I'm very grateful for the kindness and customer service of the staff. The Cineplex chairs are very comfortable, which is essential for watching a long movie without back pain.

Literally love the VIP at Yonge and Eglinton knowing the chairs reclined all the way all of them the only down part is they never really have any of the good movies playing in the 19+ theater. They don’t have scream none of the scary movies they’ve had avatar in the 19+ theatre for months. I just don’t understand it.

I love hanging out at the bar before the show and indulging in one of their incredible cocktails. The bartender is seriously talented; they can whip up literally anything you’re craving, and every drink feels like a little work of art. It’s honestly my favorite part of the experience.nnOnce the movie starts, the reclining seats are pure heaven. I love that you can fully lean back, relax, and just sink into the experience. The seat service is amazing too—whether you call them over or they check in with the menu, the staff are attentive, friendly, and always make sure you’re completely taken care of. I really like to spoil myself, and the VIP lounge and theatre make it so easy to do that. Everything from the lighting to the décor just makes you feel like you’re in a luxurious escape rather than just a cinema.nnHonestly, I don’t know if I’ll ever go back to a regular cinema. Even if I do, Yonge and Eglinton will always be my go-to. The vibe, the service, the cocktails, the comfort—everything is perfect. I can’t recommend this place enough if you want to feel spoiled and fully enjoy your movie night.
