Canad Inns Destination Centre Club Regent Casino Hotel

Been staying here for a week so far and loving this place - the rooms are clean and cozy and the food is great. The service here is awesome too - Diana at the front desk is amazing. She's so friendly, and very professional. She's definitely made my stay here more enjoyable.

Clean rooms, dining rooms and foyer. Friendly staff, and an overall good energy. Despite being connected to the casino, my only wish would be that they had a pool. Overall, a very pleasant stay.

Not even there yet, but I paid for 2 Queen Beds for my fiancé & I + his parents. We told the hotel that my partner's parents would arrive before us. They said it was fine, they'd add their names. They did.nnWas told they had to pay a $150 deposit to check in. Wish the woman we spoke to had told us about this beforehand. I would have paid myself. Seems y'all like hidden details of money.nnNot looking forward to staying for a night. Update: the wifi keeps disconnecting. Literally the worst hotel in Canada for an out of country stay

I stayed at Club Regent for four straight weeks and loved every minute. The staff at the front desk are courteous and helpful, the housekeepers are generous and thorough, the bartenders and casino staff are tons of fun, and the waitress and cooks in the Aaltos restaurant downstairs never failed to deliver exemplary service. The hotel itself is also gorgeous with so many amenities to offer, and the location in Winnipeg was very convenient. Thank you, Club Regent staff, for making a month away from home feel just like I never left!

Been here for many days, got some good food at Aaltos buffet Ilona was best at providing service. So respectful and polite.
