My only negatives: the room was way too warm for me and the heat/Ac unit wouldn't't kick in. The selection in the blaze restaurant was sparse but it filled the hole after a long day. Bring earplugs as the sounds outside are quite loud. Positive:the staff were friendly, the bed was one of the more comfortable and the heated bathroom floors were amazing. Love the fruit water selection at the front!
It's always a pleasure staying here with the family. Quick friendly check-in at a reasonable cost. The indoor pool was quiet and very clean. Local to all amenities with underground parking for a relatively cheap cost. Our kids loved it.nTook the opportunity to eat at the Elephant Castle, which was adjoining to the hotel.Great food
Nice hotel, convenient location to my work. I’ve stayed there 10 nights now since July and my last stay November 13, 2024 was interesting. My room on the 3rd floor stunk like chemicals and when I checked in I told the lovely lady how excited I was for the balcony cause I enjoy watching the hustle and bustle on the streets…..my view…..the top of the canopy for the hotel entrance which had dirty diapers and random garbage on it. Will stay again but only because work puts me up there. It’s definitely not my go to place to stay. Ohhh and the sirens…if you stay there for a week like I did, you’ll hear sirens for days later cause after midnight it’s siren haven down in that area
First time staying here. Was a group trip to see a Jets game. This hotel is super close to Canada Life Center plus pedways can be used the whole way if cold out. 50 people checking in with no issues. Rooms clean, good size and crazy comfortable beds. Would return for sure.
As usual, the Delta exceeds my expectations every time I stay here.nnWe stayed here again for Comic-Con weekend, and it was a lovely stay. Our room was nice and clean, the lobby smells amazing, and the staff were super awesome and courteous.nnThank you so much for a lovely weekend.nnI look forward to staying here next year.
