Adrenaline Gymnastics

My daughter has an amazing time everytime she goes. Unfortunately my complaint is about a female staff member who was very rude when she called about a missed payment. She was extremely belittling and disrespectful. I have never been treated in such a disgusting manner. PLEASE RETRAIN YOUR OFFICE STAFF!!!!!

Had my daughters birthday there tonight and they were amazing! Kids had a blast! Thanks so much!

Very rude stuff no one is nice here specially the front desk and they charge alot. The place is not clean

I feel sad to write this review. Their website was my first intro to this facility, as Bolton gymnastics our first choice was booked up. We registered into the trials for my two kids with the help of a very nice staffer . They try aggressively to convert that trial into a registration and suggested I enroll in for April Saturdays , but when I said I would be missing for 2 to 3 Of the Saturdays in the month due to Easter holidays and breaks, and their advice to be marked absent and pick up “ make up sessions” wasn’t practical- we were cancelled by the facility management because I was told that there are other kids on waitlists and our trial spot would be given to them because we were not ready to enroll just yet. I run a business myself, and this is an awful way to build one.

I registered my daughter online based on reviews because it's super close to my house. I would like to know who is saying this place is nice and clean??? Have you been inside? My daughter and I have never been greeted by anyone at front desk nor have the coaches Introduced themselves to us.

My daughter went to this gym until we moved and were forced to reluctantly switch clubs. Sandy and her daughters made my daughter's gymnastics experience amazing. Sandy created a supportive environment where the kids would cheer each other on.

I am fine what they teach... But the office people are not wise and professional as they dont know which age kids goes in which timeslots. Just saw 2 cases, my kid and one other kid to whom they fit in under 5 yrs class.even though my kid comes 2nd time. After arguing they are changing slots now and giving aleternate timings..

This place is awesome. The adult drop in is always fun. Good 2 hour session with lots of space, activity and positive training vibes.
