I went in to this location to cancel my membership today (March 4, 2018) I was informed that I needed an appointment to speak to someone to have it put through and asked me to come back the next day. There were 3 staff standing there at reception at this time. I was also informed I had to terminate my membership at my home gym because they cannot do it here. Gym staff here will misinform you to do less work. Or do not have the knowledge to provide proper customer service. For those looking for a membership. Please be aware of this location. If the staff will give you the runaround for a simple termination (I own a corporate membership with month to month payments.) I cannot imagine dealing with them regarding more complicated issues. Such a appointment after being with this gym for years.

The space is very cramped. Machines are laid out awkwardly and too close together. No space to workout. When the personal training section gets blocked off, it is even worse. It takes up a good junk of the gym. Walked in two days ago and 6 treadmills plus a steps machine was out of order. The steps has been like that for over 2 weeks now. You can tell cleanliness is not important, a lot of staff just standing around at front desk folding towels. Meanwhile many times there is no paper towel in the dispenser, I will be very honest if i go to a dispenser and there is no paper towel i do not bother walking around looking for a full one if you do not care about your gym then why should I, this has happened on many occasions. In the ladies bathroom the personal hygiene box has been out of order according to the staff at the front desk when i asked " for years, cant remember it ever even working". Worst of all it is always smelly and clammy in there, very poor air circulation, stuffy and gross. Needs a complete reno/makeover!

Been at this location for roughly 4 years and most bad reviews are bang on. Gym is really outdated and most machines are cramped together. They have a huge area for personal training which I find way to generous. Make it smaller since it's not often used anyways. Locker rooms and bathrooms have always been dirty nasty. Place does stick like socks. Machines don't get cleaned often and can see the dust over a period of time. Machines break often of course there 70 years old. Staff members are not that friendly often times a little full of themselves. At times it gets stuffy in there from to many people working out at such a small space. For this GoodLife fitness location and having Adidas as a head office it is really a joke. Trainers at this location have no clue what so ever on how to train people that really need help. All I see is trainers do very well is talk, talk and talk and 5% working out. Good way to burn your hard earning money for an hour.

very crowded pretty much all the time. half the machines don't even work and they don't even have a sign up saying " under maintenance". Also prepare yourselves for the stinky sock scent, honestly smells just as bad as it sounds.

Equipment is scattered, unorganized, and some are old. The area for stretching and core work is in the middle of the entire workout area, very uncomfortable to do anything there. Overall bad experience
