I've been a member at KLF for almost a year now. To sum up this fitness facility in one word I definitely choose AMAZING!!!! The atmosphere is filled with great positive energy. The trainers pushes/encourages you to reach your next level of achievement. Their current clientele are all so down to earth it feels like "home". You definitely have walk through the doors of KLF Fitness.....you definitely will not regret it!

KLF Fitness Centre is a one stop shop for physical and mental workout. Instructors are professional and give you a personal touch with advise on training/workout. Extremely friendly atmosphere. Workouts are just amazing !! Different levels for different individuals. You get pushed to achieve your results and nothing like having a great workout and finish with a freshly made protein shake from their Juice bar ! Great energy in the facility. Highly recommended to all.

KLF Fitness Training Centre, is a fully inclusive co-ed environment that will help you achieve your fitness goals. KLF Fitness combines elements of kick boxing along with explosive exercises, in a circuit-work out format. In 45 minutes, you can push your self to your limits, and participate in an exciting and fun work-out. KLF fitness has work-outs for all fitness levels. KLF Fitness has flexible hours, so you can come in before work as early as 6am, on your break at noon, and even as late as 8pm in the evening. Flexible hours means you can work out according to your schedule, 7 days a week. Come in and find out for your-self, and achieve that physique you've always desired!

KLF is more than just a kickboxing gym to me. Its a place i go to let loose, let off steam and feel great. There's no better feeling than to surround yourself with positive energy, smiles and motivation!!!! And their music is epic!!!!!! Great energy, great people- great place 👍🏼👍🏼
