This has been my home gym since 2010! Love it! Great trainers and the set up in general for cardio and weights is great for working out.

Edit: it was Kris Simpson who “sold” me the membership. And Kris, would you like me to post the e-mails I have between myself and a woman named Sonia who was, or is, the studio adminstrator? This was a long time ago, but I went in to check it out. They set me up with a complimentary training session. The trainer took me through a very difficult work out and made me exhausted to the point of almost throwing up. Then put me in an office with the owner where he gave me a complimentary protein shake and told me to just sign the contract, even though I said I wanted to think about it. He told me just sign it just to get the paper work out of the way and if I decide I want to do it, we can deal with the payments later. I was naive and signed. I never went back and I thought nothing of it. Probably about 6 months down the road, I started getting calls from aggressive collection agencies. I e-mailed the owner and called him and he wouldn't do anything about it. I acknowledge that I screwed up; however, I do want to say that they had zero integrity in the matter and used high pressure sales tactics to get me to sign the paper. I'd suggest to be cautious before trying this gym and prepare yourself for the high pressure sales pitch.

Quiet gym. Friendly staff. Equipment is always available when I need it. Cool smoothie bar for pre and post workout drinks. Very home-y
