GoodLife Fitness Centres

Reading the reviews I'd have to agree with everyone. This goodlife location just doesn't seem to care.I wish I could give them 0 Stars. I signed up for a 3 months membership and it clearly showed an "Expiry Date" on the agreement. So I stopped going after 3 months assuming it'd be canceled but they continued charging me. The staff at the gym advised me to call customer service for a refund. I called and even spoke to a manager Brian who refused to issue a refund. I was very polite to both the rep and Brian the manager as I know how challenging it can be working a call centre. This location will never get my business again!

awful, for the person mentioning flies, but the garbage is taken out---they are dumping garbage, and not changing the bags--people throw fruit and you get fruit flies. close this down and put a proper wellness place in there---its been here too long, and its not worth the money.

When I signed up it was made clear to me that I wouldn't be on contract if I were to choose the Ultimate plan. That's what I chose, and then I went in to cancel and they told me that I couldn't cancel without paying a 100 dollar cancellation fee to buy out of my contract. I told them their salesman said no contract and they told me that all of their plans have contracts. I don't understand how that's even remotely legal, but needless to say GoodLife won't have my business again.

This gym sucks. They change the instructor led sessions to virtual ones depending upon their convenience. They don't care about the members who make effort to come to the classrooms and they have no guilt in doing so

Its a really overpriced gym in my opinion. The staff is horrible, complete useless and rude customer service. There are way better gyms than goodlife.
