GoodLife Fitness Centres

Everyone reading this please make sure you read the agreement. They say there is not contract but don't say that instead there is a commitment period (in other words a contract for a year) when you want to cancel you membership you will pay a cancellation fee. Very disappointing and deceiving! .... AKA this gym location has great equipment and amenities! Nothing wrong with the gym just be mindful of the agreement. Its not them its the corporate office that deceives and force staff.

Place is clean, food area spotless. Obvi going in low non-busy hours is optimal, but def take your time and don't rush. Make sure to look at key areas of interest before visiting so you know where to spend more of your time. workout areas, washroom all clean and didn’t have any issues with customer service. No issues entering, paying Will def visit again without hesitation!! - Cheers Ryan

It's a good small local fitness facility. It doesn't have all the extra equipment that are in other Goodlife locations but it does have the essentials which is more than enough. It does get crowded during peak times because it has less square footage and you will most likely have to wait to use equipment. Overall, the staff are incredibly nice and has a great vibe.

Love this gym - my "go to". ALWAYS clean, could organize the weights and machines better (esp benches near the yoga studio doors). Service is good, they always greet you and say goodbye. Clients are also respectful of each other, but don't really put away weights and yoga mats for individual use in the yoga room. Weights in the weight area are always all over the place, too. It gets stupidly crowded on weeknights... not sure if there's anything that can be done about that though.

I try not to go when It is busy because I want to go in do my thing and go. In that sense I mainly go after midnight or sometimes at 2am. There is always staff visible and the locker rooms at least at that time are tidy. They recently had a face lift inside and it made the center look a whole lot better. Fine job.
