Autotech Emporium Used Car

I purchased two car with them in the last year and a half. Unfortunately,after a month of my first purchase I had a car accident and it was total damage. When I closed my car credit,I went back there and ordered another car that they delivered few days after. Cars are great. Low mileage,looks like brand new,quality great. Sellers are very nice and tries their best to do in your interest and to please you. I'm planning soon to get one more car for my wife as soon as she gets her licence. Would recommend to everyone to buy car there.

I was referred by my friend who bought a car from them a few years ago and was very satisfied with their after sale service specially their discounted labor plan for maintenance & service. There is always this doubt at the back of your mind about the future issues when you buy a used car but Autotech took this away and gave me the confidence. I had the option to buy As Is but if you pay them a few hundred dollars they recondition your used vehicle like new and I think it’s worth it. Otherwise you have to do it yourself and pay for these services any way such as licensing, rustproofing, steam disinfection, buffing etc. They get your car reconditioned through another facility at a very discounted rate and you pay less than half plus you have a 30 day bumper to bumper warranty and 5 year discount for future repairs. I had a wiper motor problem after 2 weeks & they setup my appointment with the same repair facility where my car was reconditioned and got it fixed under warranty.

I am a long time customer , my family, friends and myself have purchased several different vehicles from this dealership over a period of 10 years or so. Besides their reputation and excellent customer service, it’s their competitive prices & quality cars that keep us coming back. If there was an option, I would give them 6 stars. Keep up the good work as it’s rare these days in the used car business.

As with most people we went to Autotech Emporium looking for a vehicle with a certain budget in mind, at no point were we pressured into spending more than we had indicated. The representative we had assisting us Kris definitely had the power of personal attention mastered, even after the deal was complete he continued to follow up with texts and phone calls to ensure everything was going well. It didn't end there, the finance department was an absolute sweetheart, she had all the paperwork ready to go and explained in detail what we were signing each step of the way. She also took the time to explain the warranty options without any pressure or sales gimmicks, just facts. The experience we had at Autotech was very positive and we would definitely go back again.

Always a pleasant experience dealing with them even after 5 years of purchasing the vehicle. Their staff is still the same which is really nice, you can always call or go back to your sales rep. for any service related help . I have saved quite a bit of money over the years . Will buy from them again in future.
