I only had the Tiger Prawn Aburi but it was really really good. Set up and presentation of the restaurant made this place look really high end even though it’s food court! I will definitely be back to try other items on their menu. You would not be able to tell this didn’t come from some high end Japanese restaurant.
Pretty good aburi sushi. Helping make Brentwood amazing.
I ordered Tuna Aburi Oshi and Salmon Aburi Oshi with a miso soup. Total came to around $25 which isn’t bad for oshi. There was a bit too much rice for my taste. The sauce they use tastes a bit weird but that might just be me. Miso soup was nice and hot.
