Friendly staff and items you won't find at any computer / electronic store. Normally I would've had to order online but Wytek came through with a specific computer cable I needed for a headset. Which is great because I work remote and I didn't have to purchase another expensive headset.

I bought the wrong item and didn’t keep my receipt. The Wytek man dug through a pile of old receipts, got me the item I actually wanted, and refunded me the difference after a very reasonable restocking fee. Extremely helpful and one of the few places in Kelowna with niche electronics equipment. I’ll be coming here again

Very stringent return policy. They chose to stick to their return policy than have my business return. I clearly bought my item there, no exchanges no flexibility, no more business from me, enjoy your $20.

Went in with an old mini laptop hoping to find a power supply that wasn’t $100+. Was helped right away and shared a laugh when the Windows XP tones came on. Great service and even better prices.

I have done business with Wytek for close to 10 years and have been extremely happy with the service and pricing. Mark, the owner, has always gone out of his way to ensure customer satisfaction. Pricing also vs. the big box stores has also been significantly better, plus it is locally owned. 2 thumbs up.

I was looking for an obscure item, a 120v ac adapter with an odd attaching head. They were able to find something very quickly. Great customer service!

I was looking to return a product to the store as they don't price match and I found a better price online 40% cheaper. The gentleman on the phone was very rude and refused to tell me the serial number of the part I bought from them so I could return the proper one. He claimed that he was "by himself" and "too busy to look up a serial number until Mark got back next week." When I asked for his name he said "why would you need my name?" and hung up on me. I just moved out to Kelowna and was hoping to find a good local computer/electronics supplier - Wytek Direct is not such a place. I'll eat this price difference simply so I don't have to deal with them again. I would recommend everyone avoid Wytek if possible.

I am new to Kelowna and was looking for a new outfit to build computers for me and be available to repair and support my office needs. Wytek appealed because they were small and locally owned and in addition to computers, have a wide selection of wiring and accessories that are often hard to find. I did a number of small transactions and then went ahead and ordered a new PC. Pricing was slightly more than what I could get at the big box stores but my thought was to support the local guy and hope for better service. I was disappointed when I went back the other day to return an an accessory item about $60 that I had purchased about three months prior and had not used. I was advised that they had a two week return policy and would not accept the return. I suggested that store credit would be acceptable and was advised that the two week policy applies. I am sad to say that I cannot support a business with this type of policy and will be looking for a new computer supply vendor in Kelowna

Highly recommended. Solved my specific and unique electronic needs with 'in stock' parts and knowledgeable, friendly service. Can't say any of the larger stores had what I needed or that I received the same service experience.

The only place in 10 calls I made that knew what I was talking about when I asked if they had an m2 spacer and screw kit for a motherboard - and also had it in stock. Saved me the hassle of ordering a much larger amount than I needed online and risking being shipped m3 stuff which supposedly happens frequently. Great store
