Selected and purchased my new IPhone and service plan with help from Sumeet at the Kelowna Store today. He was most helpful in helping analyze my typical usage pattern and finding the best options for me. He took the time to ensure my apps, photos, etc all got transferred to the new phone, briefed me on the new features and at the end of the process I will realize a saving of more than $50 per month and have a more recent model with a service plan that will work for my needs. Five star service from James today! I came in frustrated with my old provider, within 15 minutes of getting to know me, James had found me the perfect phone, a plan that saved me $40 a month with more data. James spent time showing me around my new device and made sure that I understood everything. The bar has been set really high this time.
Had an amazing experience with a sales associate by the name of James. I needed a new phone and a new plan, but I don't know much about phones anymore so he sold me a great phone for my needs and didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need, as well as a plan that I did not need unlike many sales people out there which drive me INSANE! Go to Bell at Orchard Park Mall and ask for James!
Needed a phone for my son and a better plan than I had. James was super informative. Explained promotions and found the best deal possible for a phone my son was happy with. I thought maybe it was his store he was so good.
James is the reason my family and myself keep going back to Bell. He is honest, personable, and so knowledgeable. I always feel like he has my best interests at heart when he's helping me with my plan and changes. Enough so, that I've recommended my son change from his provider and use Bell so he could deal with James. Thanks you James!
I went to get my kids a phone with a basic plan. I told James what I wanted with very little details and told him to let me know what I was going to be set up with. He absolutely goes out of his way every single time. The customer service that he presents in general is always above and beyond. If you are not sure what phone or plan you are interested in, or Just need some questions answered you’re going to want to speak with him.
I'm giving this shop a four because the lady was very helpful, but bell in general deserves lower than that. I was there because my data allotment got devoured by a stealth windows 10 update. Then I find out I'm paying way too much for what I'm getting. So kudos to the bell store for getting me a far better plan. to bell and all other of these telecommunications companies for never being helpful to their customers.
