I've been to this store 4 times in the past few years, always a good price, quality work and ridiculously fast turn around, typically 1-2 hours on full screen replacements, battery replacement and speaker repair. They take the time to explain everything and won't rip you off if a repair doesn't need to happen. Thanks!

I have had a water damaged phone repaired and also several screens replaced on iPhone 5 and 6. They are very pleasant. Very fast service and the best prices in the Okanagan. Very happy with the service and would recommend to friends

Came in to get my battery changed and the guys at the desk were very friendly and helpful. They fixed my battery very quickly and gave thorough information regarding my phones issues. I was able to get a new case with a discount instead of a screen which was very nice of them. I highly recommend this place!

I have been using this company off and on for 5 years. They are extremely professional and I would go nowhere else if I had any issues with my cell phone. Let me describe my latest visit, which was typical of what I have come to expect from Kelowna Cell Repair. My 3.5 year IPhone 5s did not seem to hold power for more than 4 or 5 hours. Given it's age, I assumed it required a new battery. I took it to Taylor and he said that before they replace a battery, they perform a diagnostic test that runs about 2 hours. They do this so that they are not unnecessarily replacing a battery when it is not needed. Long story short, they found that the battery was working fine and was only 15 or 20 percent off of factory settings. Given that I told Taylor I was planning to upgrade to newer IPhone within a year, he suggested I live with the reduced battery capacity and save my money. He refused to take any money for performing the 2 hour diagnostic tests and also provided me with helpful advice and recommendations on a new IPhone. Again, why would I or anyone else go anywhere else for their cell phone repairs? I know I certainly would not and it would be nice if all merchants and repair services had the same customer experience as I consistently receive from this company! Thank you! Clint
