Winnipeg Transit Customer Service Centre

These 5 stars are not for the Winnipeg transit system but for the employee named 'Kay' who helped me to book and explain me the 'on request' transit system on calling 311. I really appreciate her calmness, as most of the time I don't get to see it in most of the customer service representatives mostly they are frustrated. I guess such employees and most of the transit drivers as well are an asset to this service. Well.. again, the designed transit system is terrible but these employees are making the best out of it.nDidn't know where to put a review on her so here I am leaving my words. Please let the right department know or her supervisor.

I take bus everyday from bridgewater park west, 627 bus I took is today October 9 , 1:13pm the bus driver is so rude and bad, it wasn’t first time, he comes early then the sechduled time and when he sees that people are running to take the bus he igrones everyone and just drive the bus, i missed bus two times, even when I took bus he did to many passengers, he talks rudely to everyone, and drives very agressively, Today My card got unsufficient value and I asked him kindally if he can give me drive I am going to work at drugstore and will recharge my card he started abusing me in fornt of whole bus, even I take bus everyday from there, after me there was one boy who told hik he forget his card hoke he even insulted him. He should be fired for his behaviour with everyone, I was about to cry due to that situation. He is white, no hairs. He usually rides this bus on same time.

I went to the Osborne Transit customer service because my Peggo card had a problem. The woman there around 1:30 PM was really helpful. She patiently explained everything again when I asked the same question and resolved everything quickly. Thank you so much!

handi transit is a disgrace, due to poor perfomances they have made incompetent changes so they can say they are making changes. notifying me that my ride is showing up in approximatetly 1 hour and then notifying me my ride is showing up now does not allow me to get ready in time. i used to get a specific time, but that stopped. rides do not show up and their notification system is a joke. the person responsible for handitransit should step down immediateley and put a competent person in the position. shame on you mr. gillingham. worst city program ever, simply an embarrassing joke. maybe mr. gillingham should take another trip somewhere so he can get idea of what a failure as a mayor he is.

Worst bus sevice. The buses are always super late upto 30 mins. They don’t care about the passengers. Drivers just think about their own and they know no one can say them anything as they’re sitting on a government seat. But what about the passengers? They have jobs to go and because of these drivers someone can even loose their job. They are really worst.
