Clinic staff is good and cooperative. They talk nicely and respectfully with patients. Doctors are knowledgeable. I got cured my one year old wart issue with just one visit. They have good techniques compared to walk-in clinics.
Terrible appointment booking system. Its almost impossible to get an appointment at this clinic. They only open the slots for 2 days at a time and its always fully booked any time during the day. Clinic and doctors are good but no use if you cannot get an appointment. Please bring back the regular call and book appointment system.
Went today to get my knee looked at. Staff are extremely friendly. Got an X-Ray within 5 minutes and the doctor was in shortly after. Most efficient healthcare facility in the city. I was deeply impressed.
I phoned the clinic at 9:00 a.m. Sunday morning , I was able to get in for an appointment at 12:15 the same day. I met with a doctor promptly and had X-rays. The doctor met with me soon after the x-rays, and I was fitted for a knee brace right away. I was so impressed with the professionalism, efficiency, and friendliness. Best Clinic I have ever been to!!!
Been here several times over the years for different injuries or illnesses and always had a good experience. Easy to get an appointment and helpful, efficient Dr's.
