Probably the fastest / efficient health service I’ve ever had in the province or ever. Super clean facilities here. Clean waiting room and clean rooms. X-rays needed and they were clean too. Dr. Lee was amazing and confirmed a break on the hand. Wicked staff as well.
Great experience! Booked an appt next day online with ease. My son was seen, xray done and reviewed by doctor in a very timely manner- in and out within 45 mins. Excellent quick option for care- I highly recommend this office.
Extremely disappointing and concerning care! My son’s clear symptoms were dismissed, and my requests for further investigation & assessment were ignored. Physician said take Tylenol, go to physiotherapy, and “stay active,” despite my son being in obvious distress and unable to move without ++pain. The physician was dismissive rushed and careless. Despite telling him the pain was in right side upper back. Dr. Joset unsure of doctor spelling said Lorraine choose to take shoulder xray, which is normal so that’s it. We left in disbelief very unsatisfied with need to go elsewhere. Next day alternative clinic upon arrival said immediately looks like broken ribs. Xray concluded 2 completely fractured ribs — a serious injury that should never have been missed!!! My 2 messages left yesterday at this clinic still remain unreturned.
Used to be a really nice clinic, friendly staff, on time with their appointments and scheduling. In the last two years, I've had mixed experiences. Had appointments that were only 10-15 minutes late, and had an appointment that was over an hour late. I wouldn't recommend coming to this clinic if you have a work-related injury because this clinic REQUIRES you meet with the same doctor for any follow-up appointments, despite this policy being absent from their website. When I came in for a follow-up appointment for my work-related injury, I was informed of this policy and was turned away from seeing any other doctor, and forced to accept an appointment 9 days away from the appointment day I originally scheduled. Luckily my workplace doesn't require I visit the same doctor so I left to a different clinic Sunshine Medical on Taylor, which I'd highly recommend as I have never had any issues with them to get a different doctor to complete my paperwork. If I left my paperwork at TMIIC I would have missed 7 shifts at work.nnAlso the claim that you can cancel appointments online through their website is false. This does not work, there's no option to cancel online, you have to call their number which is horribly inaccessible for hard of hearing individuals -- which I am.nnThe only reason this review is getting 1 star and not zero is because the doctor who does my partner's immunizations is incredibly nice and friendly.
This is the best minor illness clinic around. From making an appointment on. I had fallen and hurt my knee and toe. When I came in I met with a nurse which sent me for X-rays. Met with Dr. Smith. and he informed me that I broken my toe and broke my knee cap. And explained everything. He immediately had a nurse put me in a brace and more importantly contacted orthoptics. Within 1hr I had an appointment at the hospital for the next day to have my knee cap repaired. This is the place to go. From receptionist, Nursers, X-rays and Doctors they all are the best and definitely care. Highly recommend.
