Great place to find nice accessories and clothes with very discounted price. I have been buying most of my stuff from this store. Things are not only economical but are of high quality and standards. Love going there and will highly recommend. Also the staff are very kind and helpful.

Every time I've visited, I've been appalled by the state of their washrooms. They are consistently filthy, with overflowing trash bins, dirty floors, and unpleasant odors. It's clear that proper cleaning and maintenance are not a priority, which significantly detracts from the overall shopping experience. Given the number of times I've encountered this issue, it's evident that this isn't an isolated incident but rather a persistent problem. I hope Winners addresses this serious concern promptly.

Really poor customer service they guys have. Unprofessional manager Emmalea didn’t take responsibility of untrained staff.nI had bad experience after spending time and selecting stuff to buy. I waited in lineup for my transection . While doing my transection casher ripped off my gift card with cardboard cutter. Then manager come send hercasher to another till. she told us, she can’t do anything. I have to call customer service. As she can’t take any responsibility of the act of casher. My Time and money was wasted.

Never felt this bad experience before at winners today the door beeper went off today after I spent $200 in the store and the dark haired lady from the jewelry department ran at me and demanded I show her a reiept for everything in my bag like I was a common theif Not! Never have I experienced someone at a store react like that, no apology or nothing, she just turned and walked away like nothing, after embarrassing me in front of lots of people. Not impressed!
