the new place is fair size but only been to new location a few times didnt have what i was looking for at the time, shoes its hard for me to find cute ones cuz im size 11, that and stockings and tights ect. usually they have a good selection but not the two days i went

Normally I love Winners, but the new store is so dark and depressing and definitely feels like an old Zellers. They should have gone with a lighter wall colour, would help with the dungeon feel.

I normally am a big fan until May 6th 2017 when I was in on my weekly walk through looking at pants.......... I had returned a pair of capris a couple of weeks back , I had worn and washed them, after washing as per tag instructions they faded in horrible patches all over just not a great quality, I had the tags and receipt and returned them explaining what happened being very clear they were washed and worn.........well I saw them back on the rack tonight with the full $24.99 price tag no mark down nothing. When did you cross the line to selling used washed and worn clothing at full retail price? I was shocked, your minimum wage worker explained to me how somehow that's policy......no, no, its not! You just put yourself i the same level as a value village or any other thrift store. You are a big company that is a gross way to try and save a buck. The picture is very clear these are not suitable for resale, even if it was just damage let alone washed and worn by someone, disgusting!!!!!

This winners is a bit dated but friendly staff and decent inventory of items. The soaps and healthcare section needs to be cleaned up and the jewelry section also requires some TLC. They have good inventory of purses and shoes, along with an abundant amount of clothing, and luggage. Overall a good place to shop.
