Hudson's Bay

My mother and I saw a sale on shoes at The Bay and decided to go in. We were at the shoe department, holding them up and looking at them waiting for one of the sales associates to come over. One finally came over but then put down shoes in front of us, looked at my mom and didn't say a thing. No "Hi, Hello, Can I help you". It was extremely rude. They would have gotten 2 shoe sales that day if the customer service was better.

Good store, nice selections for clothing I was looking for. However their website experience is horrendous on any any operating system. Their online sales must be in the dumpster. Turned me off, and I was looking forward to some purchases! Got Microsoft, iOS, Android. Microsoft works the best but that's not saying much. Thus, only 3 stars.

If you know exactly what you want, you're good! Nice selection in general and some good sales. But you need fitting help, get ready to overhear staff complaining about their schedules and then get told to go look somewhere else.

I used to find amazing sales in Edmonton but the kelowna store never has them.
