I understand it’s busy during the holiday season but I have never seen such a messy store. There was nobody available to help customers find their sizes or get product from the back. When I finally found someone to help me it took forever for them to find the shoes probably because the product is in a giant pile behind the cash register. They had the shoes that I wanted at a good price but I decided to go elsewhere and pay more because of how poor this experience was.
This store is obviously under new management and a downgrade at that. None of the staff wore lanyards and no one was attentive. And how are you suppose to sell shoes if 30% of them are in a pile behind the sales counter. What shoes are marked down ? Hard to tell when there are no sales stickers stapled to the bottom of the shoes , just tacky pieces of paper littering the store. Some shoes didn't even have prices . .This is NOT the store it was when it opened a few years back . What I witnessed today would have been completely unacceptable back then with less staff than I seen on shift today I know because I worked there
Was in this store and was shocked how messy it was. There is boxes of shoes everywhere. Behind the counter looks like a dumping ground. So sad when Soft Moc is such a great shoe store. There were 4 staff working, at least one of them should have been responsible to be cleaning up. The manager may want to stay after closing to clean up his/her store. Staff is friendly but oh my what a mess!!
This store needs more attention from management. I arrived right at opening and the floors were covered in garbage packing material/boxes like it hadn’t been cleaned the night before. The check out desk is a mess and behind the counter looks even worse. Unfortunately, I had too much time to look at all these areas because the staff are so slow. Perhaps the back room is just as messy.
Not enough employees. Nice store with lots of shoes/selection. But there's 1 employee in the store and 15 customers. Disappointing!
Slowest service. I waited far too long for a sales associate to help, and then she took so long finding sizes in the back that I walked out without trying anything on. Journeys sells many of the same shoes so I bought the shoes I wanted elsewhere.
Brutal service. The store was a disaster. 3 people stood there staring at us. No one approached us. Boxes on the floor, opened.
Worst customer service. They don't answer the phone and my shoes have been sitting there for 3 days and they wouldn't even look for them. I will never order shoes from them again.
Exceptional company. Accidently returned shoes for my mother in law with her orthotics inside. The company mailed them back to us!
Great store with super staff very helpful and friendly, the prices are good in all a well earned 5 star store
