The people in this store are amazing. Very helpful. My son and I went there today. He has Autism so buying shoes is a very hard thing. He was getting upset, couldn't decide on what he wanted, they were at the tail end of their sizes, and unfortunately couldn't make it work for the ones he really wanted. We did end up with pink ones. No biggie. But the lady who helped us was so patient. We must have tried at least 4-5 pairs and repeated. Blonde girl, didn't.get her name was fantastic. I wanted to get a good word out and say thank you.
Once my family and I entered the store I was politely asked if I was looking for anything in particular. I let the young man know we were just browsing to which he kindly informed me that if I needed anything that I could ask him. I've been to this store a few times and im always politely asked if I need help. This place has skateboards, beanies, clothes and back packs of all kinds! I appreciate the kind employees and will be back
Use to have a wide variety of different appareal coming in often now it seems like it's always the same stuff on the shelves. Also I would like to say that the prices should be toned down I bit, there are some really nice hoodies I am always eyeing but can't fathom spending over 120$ for a hoodie with minimal artwork.

Great store for youngsters
I've been here a few times and my experiences aren't the best. This place is very disorganized, everything is scattered around. There are no distinct areas for certain products. And the customer service isn't good. The employees just stand at the desk talking to each other.

Such nice people and honest. if your a grandma or parent looking for any clothing or skateboards this is the place to go. Everyone loves this place
Well I had the worst experience ever here about a week ago, I went in zumiez with well over 100 dollars looking to purchase some of there merchandise and I got kicked out because apparently some said “there is no cameras here” which makes no sense. Customer service is pathetic I called to ask were I could file a complaint they said they didn’t know. I will not be coming back here and they lost my service.
