LE CHÂTEAU

I was in Le Chateau tonight, October 25/17. A female and male employee were working. Neither one addressed me in any way shape or fashion. The didn't say hello, they didn't ask if I needed help,.they didn't ask if what I tried on fit. Nothing. Even when the female employee rang in my purchases she barely looked at me and didn't say a word. These two should be no where near the public. There were other people in the store and they didn't say a word to them either. Horrible customer service!

My fiance and I needed to find vests and ties for three groomsmen in our wedding party. The gentleman was very patient and helped us out more than any other place we went to! He was constantly looking in the back for extra items and was very knowledgeable as to what would look best.

Terrible Customer Service. Mrs Manager has a bit of an attitude issue. Avoid this store. The quality is terrible and store policies are ridiculous. Unlike every other reasonable vendor in the mall, they do not accept returns.
