I have made 4 wine kits at Wine Central and I LOVE how the wine turns out. It is very drinkable right away and of course if you let it age as you are supposed to it tastes just as good as any $16-20 wines wines from the liquor store. At $4-5 per bottle it is a no brainer. The staff is also great and it is a lot of fun to make wine with Catherine and her team!
