If I could give 0 stars I would. I’ve been there twice now for 2 different issues: I was told there was nothing wrong with my phone when I lost GPS and wifi connection. They insisted nothing was wrong and sent me on my way- wouldn’t even look at the phone. Fortunately they pointed me in the direction of actual professionals who did fix the problem.) Second time was to replace my battery and sure enough wouldn’t touch my phone since it’s not straight out of the box. Told me I needed to buy a new phone since there’s nothing they could do. (My phone is in perfect condition other than the battery dying.) Would highly recommend not wasting your time by going here. They only thing they can do is point you in the direction of another cellphone repair store or sell you a new product: which of course they don’t have in stock anyway.

i have been to this business twice now to get my phone screen repaired with my apple+ care. the second time i went in, i knew that my screen was able to be replaced because i got professional help from a different store. but somehow they still told me the same lie as before. "screen isn't replaceable and you need to spend $144 to get an immediate replacement". however, we don't have your iPhone 6S in stock so it will still take a week to order it in. i am just so confused as to why someone is lying to me in the first place.. and then secondly i still have to wait a week for an immediate replacement. My advice, don't go to this business if you really don't have too. they just up-sell and LIE.

I am quite sure that 80% of these positive reviews are fake. Went to ask how much and/or what to do to hard reset my apple macbook, and was quoted around 300$. After confusing conversation even though being similar ages and having good social skills, I left since I was feeling suspicious to why my questions were being evaded and not fully answered. Called a friend that worked at apple for many years an hour later to tell him about the experience and the advice, but not any of his suggestions were necessary. Was able to do everything i wanted, with no $ spent, and none of it the way the employee said it would be done. BEWARE.

The people here are amazing! I brought my laptop in to have the battery replaced and not only did they do that, they also replaced my top case and display that had some wear on it, and even more fabulous, there was damage done on the top left corner, on the charging area and surrounding area from being dropped and when I picked it up from the store, it had been fixed! They go above and beyond (but aren't trying to cheat you out of money because they didn't do anything that wasn't covered by my Apple Care)! It took a little while to actually get my laptop back, but they're very busy so understandable!

Do not use this business. Worst customer service ever, rude salespeople and multiple appointments and trips downtown to change a cell phone battery that never did get replaced. Kelowna Cell Service on Bernard completed battery exchange in under an hour with no BS. Save yourself a headache!! Wish I could have given 0 Stars cause they deserve nothing!!
