TJ's The Kiddies Store - Kelowna

I am very disappointed in TJ kiddies. I have been in their store every so often since the birth of my son and have always enjoyed shopping around. Most recently though I purchased a sleep sack which ended up being a little too warm which I only noticed once I was home. We had previously bought a “tog 1” and that is what I meant to grab again. Life got busy, I am a working mom, and as I went to exchange it today they refused as they only exchange up to a month after purchase (it has been a month and a day). The item had never been used, is in excellent condition, still on the clothes hanger and with tags. I had even picked out further items to purchase with the new sleep sack as it never even occurred to me that an exchange could be an issue. I was apparently wrong. Super disappointing. I will not be back.

Terrible service! Only bought online because an item I desperately wanted was on Sale. The staff have no idea about their own sales etc. 😑

Disgusted in their customer service!! Absolutely rude, unprofessional and uneducated sales reps who have no idea what they are talking about!! And the mananger was completely clueless!! Highly recommend going to better stores like Baby and Me!! Even Toys R Us out beat this dump!!

Way over priced and terrible customer service!! Kelowna has way better options if looking for kid supplies.

We drove in from Vernon, and had lots of questions about buying a new stroller that adapted our current baby carrier. The staff was amazing at taking the time to help us pick out the stroller that worked for us. When the color of stroller was selected they informed us they only had the double version in that model, but they ended up giving us the double one for the single stroller cost! (a $200 value!) We also ended up getting a few baby sling carriers as well, and they helped us try them on with baby to find just the right fit. Great prices as well (we were comparing online). Would highly recommend this store over the other big chain stores in the area.
