Kerrisdale Cameras Ltd - Coquitlam

Poor customer service. I think the staff need more training on how to assist customers. I went inside the store, and I didn't receive any greeting for a few minutes. Then, a guy, who works there, finally looked up, and saw me. Like a deer in headlights, he didn't greet me. I paused for another second before I finally said 'hi there'. He responded in a stern, and unwelcoming tone of voice, 'what's wrong?'. There's something seriously wrong with how they train their staff, or rather a lack of training. Definitely not going to recommend to shop at this store.

Came into the store looking for my first camera i saw online and was helped by a very kind and informative man. Explained things that impressed me even more. Left the store very satisfied with their service. Will be going back for other camera needs

Good section of cameras but they need close some loctions down merge Biggers stores.need sell drones thats future

Picked up some black and white prints that came out with a blue tinge to it. Said their machine is malfunctioning and they don't know how to fix it.
