I really really wanted to love my patio set and sectional but unfortunately it has not held up well at all. We have owned it less than two years and use it only part time at our cottage under a covered porch but unfortunately the wicker is unravelling and breaking off, one of the chairs warped when the wind blew it over and the items are not holding their shape. We also purchased the recommended weather covers from the company which we do in fact use all Winter. The furniture has never been exposed to the elements. We also remove the cushions and pack them away every time we are finished using the set. We purchased a set from The Bay to use at our primary home and it still looks brand new after 7 years. Huge difference in quality. The Sunbrella fabric is wonderful though!
We had a bad experience with this company and will not be repeat customers. We had planned to buy 1 more set and side pieces if we liked the first set. Ordered 4 pieces that all needed to be returned. When the replacement pieces arrived one was even worse than the ones being replaced.
It was worth the wait! So I am giving this business a 5-stars! We got a lot of compliments for our patio set. Our family and guests really enjoy sitting on the patio, overlooking our backyard having a cup of tea, a latte or a glass of wine. I really like the customization option, I was able to mix and match for what I like instead of a fixed configuration like in the big box stores. Comparing to the patio chair I bought from Canadian Tire, Wicker Park's minimalist, modern, elegant style was much better. The wickers are smaller, weaved tightly between one another. The aluminum bases are light, powdered coated. You actually can spot the differences in quality. I also love to support a local business. Overall, the quality, affordability and customer service outweighed the wait time especially during the pandemic. I had multiple customer service reps updating me on the progress of my order.
What a fantastic experience with WickerPark. I was the first customer to receive their new Providence collection and I can’t believe the quality and craftsmanship of this set. It’s modern and stylish, and backed by a 20 year warranty. The whole team at WickerPark were amazing to deal with and went above and beyond to accommodate my order. This is what a truly Canadian store is made of. Thanks for my backyard oasis WickerPark!
We are thrilled with our new furniture!! We loved it so much that we ordered some additional pieces!! I have to be honest, I was a little skeptical at first when I read some negative reviews and our order did take longer to be fulfilled than expected. Believe me it was worth the wait. When we picked up our order, we were able to see first hand how busy everyone was fulfilling orders. We were greeted with nothing but smiling faces and exceptional service!! Jennifer personally came out to meet us and apologized for the delay but explained that they were literally in the process of moving from one warehouse to another and trying to keep on top of all their orders. We were given refreshments while the employees loaded our truck as well as receiving a big bottle of spray sanitizer to take home with us!! I have recommended your company to many friends and family.
I couldn't be happier with my new patio furniture!! The sectional and ottoman are so incredibly comfortable, the coffee table just perfectly elegant and my dining set just finishes off the entire look! And delivery was ridiculously quick!! I'm so happy with all my WickerPark purchases, and I haven't stopped getting compliments on all the pieces, and needless to say, I'm hanging out in my new space ALL THE TIME! Thanks WickerPark!! You've made my outdoor space the sanctuary I've always wanted!
Their furniture is gorgeous. I highly recommend it. The wicker material is sturdy and, unlike others, their cushions are thick, hard and comfortable. They truly are stunning. We had issues with delays in delivery and most of their staff were courteous except for what appears to have been some rouge employee who sent a couple of very unprofessional emails. The delays were clearly out of their hands but Ayah dealt with them with dexterity and professionalism. We are happy with our furniture and highly recommend it. It really is stunning.
Very, very happy with the quality of our furniture. It was reasonably priced and delivered much faster than we expected! Looking forward to adding more pieces to our patio in the future.
We were looking for a modern, minimalist patio set for a while. We looked at Costco, Home Depot, Canadian Tire but didn't see the customization that we need. We saw some of our friends with nice patio sets in their backyards. They told us they got theirs from Wicker Park. We liked what we saw from the website, the style, the color, the reasonable pricing and especially the customization that we need. We also read both the positive and negative reviews. We noticed that most negative reviews had happened during the peak of the pandemic due to the long lead time. The long lead time seems to be the same with other big outlets too. We went with our guts, emailed Wicker Park, booked an appointment to see their showroom in person just to make sure the quality meet our expectation. We were assigned a personal rep., one of the owner Lisa even came out to greet us. They were up-front with us about the 3-4 weeks lead time. They emailed us, checked in making sure that we didn't feel stranded. To our amazement, they delivered our patio set a week earlier than expected with a hand written thank you note. The set came just in time for a family gathering! The cushions are thick and comfortably firm, light structure, very easy to assemble. Overall, we are happy that we got to support a local business with quality at reasonable price. We would reccomend this shop to our friends and families any time.
We purchased an incredible patio set and I couldn't be more thrilled with it! Sturdy, comfortable, and gorgeous, this set meets all my expectations. It is also so unique, I have not seen anything like this on the market. So happy with my purchase. Thank you WP!!
