We were looking for comfy chairs earlier this year for our soon to be new porch. Jena greeted us as soon as we were in the door with a friendly "Hello" and a warm smile. It did not take her long to figure out what we were looking for as she showed us a few options. As it is an Outlet for DOT Furniture, the prices were/are right! Hence, we purchased a few other coordinating furniture pieces along with some other miscellaneous items. WOW! What a fantastic place to shop! Jena always kept the customer service A1 along with her pleasant humour and extensive knowledge of her inventory. Anyone wanting a great place to shop, as well as great customer service guaranteed, Jena is that person at the DOT Furniture Clearance Outlet!

Optimistic that spring is just around the corner, I decided to start my "Patio Furniture" pilgrimage @ D.O.T. Having purchased many items from this retailer leader in the past, I had no reservations in doing it again. And, as in the past, greetings upon entering the Clearance Center in Mississauga were genuinely warm and sincere. Something that is quite rare (or) non-existent in this industry today. A special thanks goes to both Jena & Brian for working their magic in tandem and offering me some valuable advise in my latest purchase. Came in to look at some summer patio furniture and walked out with a great set and a standing umbrella for a very pleasing price! Service was friendly and personal and there was great selection compared to the big box stores. Highly recommended!
