I had a great experience at Arrows Furniture. We were helped by Farooq, and worked with us in getting the furniture on time although our deadline was tight. They have some beautiful sets and from Farooq to the delivery guys, everyone was very professional and helpful. I would buy there again in a heartbeat.

I was referred to Arrow Furniture by a good friend. The help I received from the staff was amazing. I've had the bedroom and living room sets I purchased for a couple weeks now. (delivered on time) I'm super happy with my purchases and would highly recommend Arrow to anyone looking for furniture.

Came in looking for a couch and did not find the design I wanted however met Bill and found him to be honest, direct, genuine and pleasant in addressing my questions and assisting me with what I was looking for. Because he was not pushy or annoying, and instead informative and helpful, I decided to come back and take a 2nd look when I changed my design plans.. I ended up finally finding dining chairs. When they arrived, there were minor glitches however remedy was quick and seamless. The tech they sent to fix was great. Punctual, pleasant, professional and curteous. Dealing with Bill is the reason I returned here for a 2nd look and ended up buying chairs and eventually a coffee table here which I coordinated over the phone with him (he somehow managed to remember me and remembered the table I was eyeing) and I sent my husband to collect. I LOVE the coffee table and the dining chairs are also great. Overall great transaction, thank you Bill for all your assistance, it is greatly appreciated. I highly recommed dealing with him for a professional, pleasant and no-nonsense transaction!

WORST FURNITURE STORE TO EXIST!! Expensive bed set came 6 months later. When the bed came, it had 2 screws half sticking out of 2 legs of the bed, that scratched our brand new hardwood floors. Came with messed up slat and middle support that needs to be replaced. We called in concerning the screws in the legs and they didn't apologize for the screws at all, but blamed us and said it was our fault and they won't do anything for their messed up product. Spoke to general manager (Michael) who HUNG UP on me and continued to blame us even though they sold us a messed up bed with huge screws sticking out. In my 12 year experience of owning my own business, and ordering new furniture from numerous companies, this is by far the WORST EXPERIENCE THAT I HAVE EVER HAD. You NEVER blame your customer for your own fault, this is the number 1 rule in running a business and SHOULD BE COMMON SENSE!!! Judging by the reviews on this page, there is clearly something wrong with this furniture store. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM, YOU WILL BE DISAPPOINTED

Gloomy interior, does not show furniture to best advantage. Poor selection and unhelpful staff.
