I liked this place because the staff isn’t in your face when looking for something. They are reasonable and when you ask questions, they will help and then allow you to shop rather than tailgating you. I had a piece of mind when looking for what I wanted. When I was ready to buy , the sales man was ready to help and he was efficient at getting the paper work done. Even the customer care was ready to help without excuses when I had a problem and it was resolved fast. This experience was pleasant. I would definitely go again if I ever needed something.👍🏼

Best customer service. Bought 5 appliances from this store at very good price. Fridge and dishwasher has some issues and it was resolved very quickly. I lost my copy of invoice and called them to check if they can give me a copy, and they send it to me in 5 minutes via email. Excellent service.

Excellent service, price and support. Don't really want to buy anywhere else now! Free shipping over 500$. Bought a sofa. 5 year warranty spill/replacement $80. And free sofa treatment to make it water resistant. Cheaper places would never give this service. And the price was still great!

Fantastic customer service. Salesman was so knowledgeable about mattresses so l decided to buy one she recommended. It is so comfy l am glad l bough it. Delivery was on time and all over great shopping experience.

Their delivery system is messed up. If you live in a condo, you'll get a headache to receive your 'purchased items' because they would not try to help to arrange the scheduled and consider it is a customer's duty to match with their schedule. Whoever gives more than 4 stars here, they work for Leon's or their families. Everyone admits Leon's is one of the rudest and helpless named furniture store.
