Ken and staff are incredible!! The selection of modern furniture and accessories is phenomenal. We fell in love with our love seat and sofa immediately and have returned many times to find other great items for our home. Love how many canadian made items are also available here.

I was screwed up with the sales person who convinced to buy some other stuff online and was not informed they are final sale and sizes of the items were not the right ones . I wasted few thousands in dollars in this store . I spoke with the manager and he was useless and seems that he dose not have any kind of managerial experiences .

With a recent move and need for some exquisite pieces, the team at Urban Manor were an absolute dream to work with. They helped consult and provide some needed advice on which pieces would work well in the spaces I was looking to complete. Hina did a great job with the consulting and Ken did a great job to ensure the delivery of the pieces were smooth. Many thanks!
