For 25 years Kudos Home & Design have been Mississauga's precious gem for high quality furniture. Recently bought furniture my new home and can not say enough good things about Kudos! We furnished the entire house, price and quality of the furniture was impeccable. To top it off, the customer service provided by the owner was amazing. Highly recommend, we will definitely be back.

Fantastic quality furniture, with great customer service. The sales rep made sure I was completely satisfied with my purchase before leaving the store. The prices were great compared to any other store, and the delivery was right on time!

All these furniture places are the same. We went with Kudos thinking they are more professional, and even though they are much more expensive than other furniture places, we bought our recliner from them. They promised us it would be ready in 4 weeks for us. We moved to our place and when I called them, they said the shipment has come in. I was excited. However, I call the next day for delivery, and they changed their story. They said the sofa will take FOUR MORE WEEKS to come! We had to sit on the floor because we had no furniture for a long time. In the end, they took about a week and a half extra, but it was horrible service for such an expensive store. The sofa itself is good, but I really expected better customer service from a place like Kudos. Might as well have bought it from a cheap furniture store on Dundas if the service would be the same.

This was my second time purchasing furniture from Kudos and they did not disappoint. The sales consultant Al was there every step of the way from helping me with my selection all the way through to delivery keeping me posted every step of the way. Very happy with the service and quality!

I recently ordered a customized reclining sofa from Kudos and they delivered a unique and beautiful piece. The sales agent Michael delivered stellar customer service from when I entered the store doors "window shopping" (that ended up in a purchase without pressure by the time I was leaving) to when the furniture was delivered. Michael and another staff member gave advice on how to customize the couch in order to attain my dream. Michael also provided me updates during the production process. The delivery and setup by Hasif and partner was excellent too. I am pleased with the service and quality . I look forward to buying from them in future and definitely recommend them. Thank you Kudos.
