Needed a little hydration pick me up, and tried something called a prebiotic pop by Lively. Can’t say that my gut felt any healthier physically, but mentally I felt like I made a good choice…dare I say the “Lively” sofa made me mentally livelier?!
One of my favourite places to shop in downtown! Their staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. They've been able to answer every question each time. Although their store is much smaller than other Whole Foods, their selection is plenty. One issue is the size of their parking lot. Many times I've tried to park and someone is either going the wrong was to exit or there were no stalls available.
What I love about Whole Foods is their vetting process ensures everything you see in store meets their rigorous standards and are guaranteed to be good for your health.nnBut most importantly in 2024 where other grocery chains are price gouging, Whole Foods isn’t. As a matter of fact we actually find it cheaper to shop at Whole Foods most of the time than going to your typical large grocery chains.nnThank you for operating with integrity and honesty :
Small and cosy but very effective. Good selection of everything you expect in a grocery store including coffee, tea and pastries and even cakes. Worth mentioning is also the organic fruits and vegetables section. The overall appearance of the store has nicely improved over the last ten years. Really like to sit on the patio and to shop there. Parking is free.
Fairly nice place, as a whole foods you'd expect about as much. Wide selection of options both fresh and not. The deli had some choice fresh sandwiches too. The staff was approachable and all in all a good experience. A little pricey but it's also core downtown.
