Great selection, extremely friendly staff and awesome location. All departments are knowledgeable with the products and helpful with finding what you need. Only request would be to have a fruit stand for kids while parents shop.

Not my first choice (pardon the pun) in local grocery shopping. Some items are horribly expensive due to the organic factor. I understand this but I'm not always looking for that. It's a fine store and if you're into the organic thing you'd probably rate it 4 to 5 stars.

Healthy Choices abound! Paleo, Gluten Free and Vegan options are abundant and clearly marked. Lots of Goat products for those who are not able to eat dairy as well. Fresh Kombucha is on tap at the Abbotsford store. Get a Choices card, it helps with the costs which are a bit higher than your local grocer. The staff is friendly and helpful. A great shopping experience in all.

You can find fresh and organic produce here, and also they have a small section carries various natural body care products .
