This grocery store consistently provides a great shopping experience. The store is clean, well organized, and stocked with a wide variety of fresh produce, quality meats, dairy products, and pantry essentials. The staff are friendly and helpful, and checkout is usually quick and efficient. It's a dependable place to shop every week.

I love this supermarket for picking up bits and pieces as a tourist. It has everything you could possibly need. The salad bar is fantastic, and you can even add freshly grilled chicken, making it perfect for creating a quick, affordable meal if you don't feel like eating out. There are also plenty of ready-made microwave meals, a huge selection of snacks, and the fresh fruit and vegetables always look great. Prices seem very reasonable too. Staff are mostly friendly, some of staff stacking shelves could crack a smile, it wouldnt hurt....My favourite part is hunting for products that are unique to Canada!

We were in Vancouver for two days 8/31 & 9/1. On both days we were able to get fresh sandwiches from there deli area and we purchased water for the fridge in the hotel. The store was clean and the staff was very friendly. The sandwiches tuna and roast beef were delicious!

I suddenly had to use the washroom, which they allowed and told me it was upstairs, but they said somebody downstairs has to page someone upstairs for me to be able to use it. With all the drugs and shady people near the store and potentially coming inside the store, I can appreciate this.nnI was able to get into the washroom thanks to one of the staff members entering a code. It was a real emergency so I was fortunate that the staff member entered the code.nnBut after I spent a little time there the staff member banged on the door because other customers were waiting to the use the washroom. Because I am a male, I was using the male washroom although only one person at a time was allowed, so the male/female designation would not be necessary as there was also a female washroom that likely also only allowed one person at a time. Nevertheless, the staff member banged on the door and I had to open the doorknob with hands not properly washed. And I had diarrhea.nnThe staff member could have sent those waiting customers to the likely vacant female washroom instead. But he banged the door of the one I was in.nnLousy consideration for one's health and hygiene this staff member had.

I bought ground beef that looked really fresh. When I got home and opened the package, I noticed that they had put expired ground beef underneath the fresh-looking meat to fool customers. Such a shame! I got a refund, but I’ll never shop at this store again.
