We just stayed at Whispering Winds for the first time, and it didn’t disappoint! We had a spacious lot in a great location, very close to washrooms, a playground, and a pool. It was their Halloween weekend, so the kids had a blast trick-or-treating and going through the haunted house together…so much work went into it, and it was tons of fun. It was one of the best camping experiences we’ve ever had - we will definitely be back!!

An incredible weekend at Whispering winds! Lots of fun activities for kids, young and old, Halloween weekend never disappoints. Trick or treating, site decorating contests and the haunted house is something everyone should see! Amazing! Both pools very clean and refreshing in this heat! Staff very welcoming and accommodating, will definitely be back.

What a phenomenal campground! Was there for Halloween weekend and was blown away. All the kids that got to enjoy dressing up, getting candy, the people that decorated their sites, and one of the best haunted walkthroughs I’ve ever been through. All put on by dedicated seasonal campers and volunteers. Congrats to all that worked so hard for others to enjoy. 10 times out of 10 would recommend this campground

Like someone else said "Dale was incredibly helpful"... He guided us right to the site, helped us back-in. No nonsense or stupid rules. People aren't going to bed at 9pm for instance. Not fussy for the water quality but not a big deal really. Not like is was poison or anything, just high mineral content. The kids had lots to do with a pool and arcade, playground, zipline, dances etc. Dances for adults as well, very lively. Nobody telling you to shut-up and go to bed when the sun is still shining or checking to see if you left at 11am sharp. I would recommend this campground for anyone 50 and younger, especially if they have a family with kids.

Just wanted to give a shout out to the campground for hosting our girls weekend away, it was amazing ! We rented one of the travel trailers there are 2 that you can book as well as cabins which cost less than a night at a hotel . Everyone we in countered were extremely helpful and only a phone call away if we needed anything . A great place for family and lots of activities if you wanted to venture out or just relax on the deck with tables, chairs and a bbq and possibly a cold beverage. We found it was a very quiet time as all the campers seem to follow the rules. We will definitely be back as the owners and workers strive to make sure you have everything you need, are right there if people are not following the rules to make everyone’s stay as enjoyable as possible !

What an amazing weekend. RV & tenting park with multiple amenities and welcoming campers that made our “Glamping” experience A+. The store had most of the essentials. A children's pool that was actually clear, clean and well maintained, an adult pool with grassy lawn chair area, clean grounds with multiple playgrounds and grassy area for the kids. Well marked sections, showers as bd a recreational centre. Overall this was one of the best parks we’ve visited this summer! We are already planning a weekend in August! Thanks for the memories Whispering Winds!

Just had an amazing weekend at Whispering Winds. Everyone was very friendly, the haunted house they did for their Halloween day was terrifyingly fantastic, and the staff were great! Will definately be back!

1st ever Family camping trip - RUINED! We just had to pack our 3 crying children into the car along with our tents we had just set up for the first time, our still warm BBQ from Supper and all of our bags and food. We did not even have time to go look around the campground, or enjoy the Christmas in July Festivities the kids were soo looking forward to. The Owner of this campground is the most ignorant, rude man I think I have ever met! He came to our campsite, looked straight at our American Staffordshire Mix Breed dog Moose and told us he could not stay. Said nothing about our other dog though. Said he had been receiving complaints about his non stop barking. Yes Moose was barking, along with every single other dog in the area. there was a dog right behind us that moose was barking back and forth with. But no he was not barking non stop as this man claimed. Josh very calmly asked what about all the other barking dogs? The Owner very rudely told Josh that was none of his business, But we could not stay and we could get a refund at the Office on our way out. We had to tell the kids who instantly burst into tears and then we had to pack up and leave, We had been so looking forward to this camping trip for awhile now, packed the cars last night, and left right after work. Now we have to find something else to do this weekend with our kids.

Owner is ignorant!!!! Kicked my sister and her kids out because their dog is a "pitty looking" breed. Was rude and swearing in front of the kids, who were SO upset and bawling. DONT GO HERE!!!

My family LOVES Whispering Winds, not only is their staff and owner top notch, the campers themselves are great neighbours! We’ve tented there many times and enjoyed all that the campground has to offer. Even this year without activities due to COVID, they manage to do fun things, like a virtual colouring/painting content for the kids. Owner and staff go out of their way to make sure campers and seasonal are satisfied. Thank you Whispering Winds! We will definitely be back!
