Ryan's Ridge Campground

An amazing place full of amazing people! From the owners to the campers Ryan's Ridge Campground is a place where everyone is made to feel welcome and become involved in the fun and activities. They have activities for children and adults and a beautiful pool for the hot days. Tucked in the trees about an hour from Halifax it is a great place to stay to explore the valley or go to the city. I would definitely recommend a stay at Ryan's Ridge to anyone any age it is amazing!

It's a good little campground with nice people and occasional activity's, free wifi too, the only downside is the wifi can only be used for 2 hours, then you have to wait another 2 hours to use it again. There's a nice little lake for swimming and it's overall fun and enjoyable for weekend camping

Words can not describe how wonderful Ryan's Ridge Campground and the people there are !! The owners and the campers go out of their way to make you feel welcome and your treated like family !! My wife and I were seasonal campers there for 9 years and we loved it !!!!! There is always lots to do, events, very nice pool etc. If your looking for a place to go camping weekend or seasonal then look no further, Ryan's Ridge is the place for you !!

I didn't actually stay. I visited a friend that has a permanent spot. The folks there are all wonderful! It's like a family of campers. The staff and other campers all help each other. They clearly have a good time doing all that needs to be done. It is located in a beautiful area of NS too.

Great service, super friendly staff. Accommodations were clean and well maintained. Lots of friendly campers who were more than welcoming would recommend this campground .

People who run it are rude and ignorant unless you are a seasonal. Overpriced is an understatement 36$ per tent per night is outrageous we had 4 tents on 1 lot stayed for 3 nights and paid 432$ after realizing how rude and overpriced it all was its safe to say smileys park is going to be our permanent camping spot from now on!

Had a blast good people help needed no problem they make you feel like one big family i will be back and the camp ground is very cleaned and well kept

Great family atmosphere. Wonderful sites with lots of trees and space. Amazing internet connection. Proprietors are very kind and welcoming

Absolutely fantastic.... Hands down the best campground I've ever been to, everybody was friendly and respectful. I'll definitely be back.
