After waiting 15 mins in drive tru, I was told dine in was closed. Needed to use the washroom it was disgusting. I told staff about this concern. They said they spoke to the GM already and there was nothing they could so. I was told if I have an issue write a google review… so this is my review.

Used to be better but it's still OK. Fast food prices are up everywhere across the board so don't expect great bang for buck. The portions seemed to have shrunk over the past 20 years. Still they make a pretty good burger and fries. The staff here are mostly Ok. The bottom line is, it's fast food, you know what to expect. The service is usually up to speed at this location which is key.

Consistently the worst Wendy's location ever. Many times they don't have what you order, or are too lazy to make gravy for their poutine which takes very little time. It can be 3:00pm any day of the week and if they are out they won't make it. The service is slow and the staff can either be really nice or really rude. Has been this way for years and just keeps getting worse. But when you get your food it tastes good lol.

Not impressed at all with the fries that I was served today in the drive thru. Went back through the lineup again to get new fries and the manager looked at me like I was an alien for complaining that the fries were hard, dried up and tasted like I was chewing on a piece of cardboard. Although she did give me fresh fries, I was also not impressed with the level of customer service with the girl on the speaker for the drive-through. Nor the concern for the fact that this is the quality of food they are serving. Especially since it says right on their logo on the restaurant, “QUALITY IS OUR RECIPE” This location “missed the mark” on quality! 2/5

Very bad service. I was trying to order to the drive-thru, I was waiting 5 minutes and when I drove up to the window I saw that the people don't even have the headset on. When I told them I was waiting for 5 minutes they said I was lying and they start speaking in the own language which was very offensive. Those ketchup packages are not sanitized, everybody just touching them and they threw it on top of my fries. This is not sanitary. I have to throw the fries away. And when I mentioned it, they just ignored me and start laughing to each other and speaking the own language. I never come here again.

I would give this place 5 only if they had faster people working. It is extremely slow there. I ordered just a kids meal and it took forever and this was not just me saying this. It was a little dirty in there so I was not the happiest. Overall the food is as usual just fast food.Food: 5/5

This place is filthy and disgusting. Staff wear what they want. Blue jeans, black jeans or track pants. 1 employee was wearing a Gucci sweater while another was wearing a hoodie. Some have a visor while most just have their long hair in a ponytail flapping around without hair net or atleast in a braid. Why are they allowed to wear their own clothes and not in uniform? Just this alone shows lack of management and lack of pride of the brand. The kitchen floors were filthy and I challenge you to count and pay attention to how many times someone in the back will make a sandwich then with BARE hands not tongs or gloves open the freezer, grab raw food or fries and throw it in a basket to cook in the fryer. Then without washing hands go on and make food. Pay attention and you will see it happen over and over as you are waiting for you food. My opinion, head office and /or franchisee REALLY need to focus on a management overhaul and retraining for ALL employees. Habits trickle from the top. If management allows short cuts when they are around, chaos will happen when they think nobody is watching.

Ordered 2 burgers and poutine, burgers I kid you not were red inside, very rare and gross, the poutine had maybe a teaspoon of gravy on it, not enough to melt the cheese. We were very disappointed after waiting 15 minutes in the drivethru,

Came here early in the morning for breakfast, went into the restaurant to avoid drive through line. Staff was very accommodating to my picky child, all were pleasant and the food was delicious!

came from toronto and passed by this location, ordered small strawberry frosty for the first time at 1230pm today and i noticed how liquidy it was so I told the cashier i did not need a lid and instead of removing it for me so it would fly off the bottom and splatter it on herself she insisted i do it. I wanted the employee to do it for that very reason so i wouldnt need to go back inside with a mess on myself. Frosty's should never be THAT liquidy. Was more of a milkshake today
