Firehouse Subs Orangeville

The food is great. Absolutely no complaint there. What I do wonder at is the waiting time. There is no drive through to distract from in store customers but the two previous customers to me seemed resigned to waiting. My, no frills added, off the shelf, order took what seemed like at least ten minutes for preparation although, as I mentioned, there's no drive through to delay in store orders. There didn't seem to be a shortage of staff which might have held things up. Atmosphere? Sit or stand around until we give you your food. Worth waiting for the sub? Probably. But why the delay? Doesn't or does it contribute to the "Atmosphere". Yes, I'll go back for the food but I'll be looking out for other outlets to see how the service compares.

I thought I would give this place another chance. Was not to impressed with previous visits. I had the same experience as before unfortunately. Soggy messy sub, both made incorrectly and I waited quite awhile. They were busy and it was lunch time so I guess that is expected. I have no desire to eat here again. I

First half dozen times were excellent . Last 2 times disappointing. Ordered ahead for pick up and the sub was cold and soggy. I was on time, not late. Last time ordered and was asked if I wanted a pickle but none was included when I said yes. Pieces of onion were inedible. I thought it was plastic I was chewing on. For $18 tax in I’m not coming back.

Just received the best customer service there yet for cashier Larkin. She a great addition to a great sub stop

My problem with this place is I choose it largely for the broccoli cheddar soup that comes as a side to the sandwich. 5 trips in a row now they've been out of the soup, and it's not like I'm arriving just before closing. Maybe make more soup?

Excellent food, but they took time to make all the skip the dishes/doordash stuff before the in-person customers. This made the wait time way longer

Can't beat the BBQ cheddar brisket sub. I've tried others but keep coming back for this! FYI, my wife is vegetarian and loves the veggie sub.
