I ordered a whopper and it contained a long dark hair. Corporate sent me to get a refund and they refused.
My husband and I will sometimes grab take out from this location when we are too tired to cook and feel like having a treat. Sometimes the food quality will vary, from fresh and so enjoyable to less than so but nothing horrific. Last night Jan 27 , 2023 I grabbed two whopper combos for my husband and I. The food was not the freshest we’ve had, but nothing stood out as dangerous initially. This morning we both woke up feeling off and that has now transitioned into violent illness. We are literally spewing Lava out of both ends and are struggling to care for our toddler today. I am appalled! So disgusted and angry right now, we will never, EVER order from this place again. It wasn’t the usual staff working last night maybe that’s part of it but either way, it seems like someone did something very wrong and now we are suffering. Two star rating cuz their usual staff is amazing but this bad experience trumps any good experience we’ve had
Ordered ahead using the Burger King app. Super easy and convenient. The staff was quick and efficient as well.
Too much condiments, the bun was soggy and unpleasant.
This Burger King is pretty good. It's located in the Petro Canada soon as you come into Orangeville on 109 so it's an easy option for me. This Burger King is much faster than most others I've been to and I've never had an issue with the order being wrong or the food not being suitable.
Staff named "clark" should be retrained, not a good asset for the company. He shows his pitty attitude towards the customers. Very bad customer service.
Handed the Whopper meal 2 can dine coupon to the cashier and got chicken sandwiches. Tried to return the chicken sandwiches and I was treated like it was my MISTAKE. FIRST AND LAST TIME WITH LOCATION.
Horrible service and attitude. While waiting for my order a customer who went through drive thru enter the front door waiting patiently. Once an attended he puts in a complaint that his burger isn't cooked all the way. The worker says otherwise . And it ends up in an argument right infront of me. I ordered a pretzel king combo. I left and drive away. Get down the road and realize no pretzel bun just a regular burger king bun. Didn't bother to drive back due to the other altercation that I witnessed. I'll never go back.
Just had the best Whopper ever today. Good job!
Can’t go wrong with the local BK. The kids actually finish their meals and the drink selection is better. It’s our go to when we are in a bind.
