Used to be 5 stars until tonight. I ordered, no one told me a total, at the window I asked because all she asked was how I was going to pay. I got attitude for asking the price, then nicely said "sorry I wasn't told at the window" and she just slammed the door and locked it. Customer service is not for her.
New ownership is trash Ordered something advertised at one price and they tried to pull a fast one and charge me more. Also if u remove cheese which costs more and add something like tomatoes They will charge you more even though they were already saving money
This for some reason is the worst Taco Bell location to exist. They seem to be understaffed, and food quality is low. Mistakes on orders made, cold food, and terrible customer service. As other reviewers say, it's just not worth it.
Just came from Taco Bell Orangeville. The person in drive through had zero personality and was in such a rush to get rid of me I had trouble to ask for hot sauce to which the person gave 3 packs. Food ok. 7 up tastes like it was made with water right out of Lake Ontario, heavy taste of bacteria. Won't get rid of the 7 up container in case I'm sick it's that bad.
I have a guilty pleasure with Taco Bell. Since Taco Bell has been in Orangeville. I've never had a good experience personality. My usual order has never been sufficient. The ingredients are missing more then half the time to frie supreme or my crunchwrap supreme. Lacking in the ground beef, queso sauce, tomatoes or sour cream. I unfortunately never get all the ingredients on my frie supreme at the same time. The customer service is never pleasant. They make you feel like you're an inconvenience. Whatever time a day it is.

Better than average chain Mexican food, cashier ignored us and ordered their own dinner meal, only came to us when manager told them to. Dining room basic, poor lighting.Food: 4/5
Usually, Taco Bell is one of my favourites. This is the 3rd time I have tried this location and I absolutely do not suggest it. Fries supreme had no sour cream and the beans were literally crusted at the top. Burrito shell was dry and flaking off. Unfortunately, this location does a terrible job.
Needs staff but what staff was there ran around trying to do 4 jobs at once had to wait a couple more minutes but my order was correct and still hot Great jobFood: 4/5
Love Taco Bell but this one was a big disappointment. The Fries Supreme were sub par with barely any tomatoes. The hard taco shells were not fresh, a bit chewy and stale like they had been exposed to air for too long. Service slow and could hear staff arguing in back while eating. Too bad, usually love the #3 combo with Fries Supreme. Hope they pull their socks up.
