Ever since there was a change of ownership/management the service has gone down the drain. I just ordered a bucket meal with large side orders and one of my large sides was basically a medium. The chicken portions has been getting smaller. What is considered a 1 piece at Mary Browns or Popeyes, KFC will cut that inhaler and make it a 2 piece, what a crook. To think they are charging almost the same as the other chicken place in the area, but providing less.

Staff can be rude, depending on who you're dealing with. They close their store early when they feel like it, though they are open till 10 pm. Only drive through open, at 8pm, which makes it hard for delivery drivers to get their orders for their customers such as Skip, Doordash, and Uber.

I don’t know how you guys think this is edible but it was disgusting. The drive thru woman was very rude and was rushing us to order even though there was no cars behind us. She was not pleasant. I did not get her name but she has appearance of woman, maybe from Philippines. The chicken pieces were gross like they were over battered and not thoroughly ugly cooked and the bacon was also undercooked. The fries were also hard and tasteless . Never again. We’ve tried KFC in Brampton and Bolton and they provided better service and better quality food. We did also order a loco taco and drinks and I’ll say they were the only things that was good on this visit.

Always poor service the few times that we've gone there. Always get something wrong in our order. The latest time they forgot our gravy. Not even worth going back to complain.Food: 1/5

I was ordering here for work purposes. I'm not even exaggerating when I say I had at least 6 orders in a row came incorrect until finally I said something. Whoever I spoke to offered me a very small credit but nonetheless I accepted and then stopped ordering from them in April. Today I had to make an order as a request and decided to use the credit. Keep in mind I was also making an order, worth much more then the value of this credit. Instead of helping the manager spent 5min arguing with me Infront of a line of people waiting to order it got so embarrassing I finally said forget it and was going to walk out before my coworker stepped in and had them honor it. What a mess, never again

Regarding the overall brand: The quality of KFC’s chicken has significantly declined in quality in the past decades due to multiple corporate takeovers. As a result the size of the chicken pieces has declined significantly. Consistency is lacking and is always a gamble when you go. The chicken can be moist and fresh or dry and stale. Mary Browns and Popeyes offer larger pieces of chicken that are consistently fresh and moist at similar prices. However there’s that original Cornel Saunders coating that I do like. The Orangeville location is dated and tired looking. It requires a major renovation to modernize it.

Just went through drive thru, paid by debit and couldn't believe it they ask for a tip. So now just to give me my order thru a druve thru window that should cost me more. Heres another visit I Had on Dec 9th, went through drive thru the lid came off of one drink andspilled all over my new 3 day car, i got only napkins, and now my new car smell has Ice tea in it. No reponse from owner or KFC Canada.

Small pieces of chicken They now cut each chicken in 14 pieces instead of 10. Swiss chalet cuts each chicken into 4 pieces for example. Plus... the leg usually has a chunk cut out of it so that they can get 2 pieces out if the thigh They don't turn the heat on when it's 4'C outside... employees wearing sweaters Sick

This is literally the worst restaurant in Orangeville. I tried to give it 0 stars but it wouldn't let me. I've ordered skip the dishes 3 times now and every single time I'm missing almost 40% if not more of my order. The only reason I came back is because my son and I don't eat meat and he really likes their veggies chicken. Never again!!!!!
