Was definitely not among the best dining experiences, we’ve had. We sat for about 10-15 minutes and had to ask to be served. They apologized and gave us a gift card for our next visit!!! We waited to visit them because they did some upgrades, but it was disappointing.
No hesitation for the 5 stars! Came with no expectations then really impressed with really tasty gourmet food! Not like normal sports bar! Plus great cocktails & friendly staffs. Definitely will visit again.
Had some great food and ice cold beer here at shoeless joes! They had lots of screens with different games on each, awesome sports bar. Had the pleasure of meeting a great server in Becca and her incredible manager Andy. They were truly on the money and now have a customer in me. if you’re after quality food, phenomenal service, and a bar that can whip up any drink you could imagine, shoeless joes is your best bet.
Food took 65min. We were not seated for 15min and were told to keep waiting. Salmon was overcooked and hard like rock. Gracious manager offered me free meal. Overall terrible experience. Was much better pre covid. Hope they improve soon as I am not returning unless reviews improve.
Family of 6 arrived at 430pm. No one else is in the restaurant. Ordered food in good time. Food didn't arrive at our table for 74 minutes. The nachos were cold and inedible. All other food was below par. Once we received our food, there was no more service. Drinks remained empty, we sat and waited for the bill for a long time. We thought about walking out, but didn't due my conscience. DONT GO HERE. we witnessed the restaurant falling apart before our eyes. Several other ppl complained about service. The bar tender was crying.
We went here for lunch to celebrate the new year. I was disappointed on my order which deep fried shrimp with gochujang egg noodle dish - the noodle is way over cooked, it has a bitter after taste. My husband ordered grilled salmon, with quinoa and veg- the salmon was too dry and black, same with quinoa, he waited for almost 30mins to get the dish. It was real dissappointed.
I paid 17$ for this Flatbread, super disappointed, this is the most SPARCE Flatbread I've ever seen. It's 50% bare pita.
Went for dinner with the kids . Had a couple of burgers , kids meals and overall the food was good but the reason I am giving five stars is because our server Owen. He was fantastic . They didn’t have any chocolate milk for the kids but he was amazing with them and made the other options sound amazing.
The server bothered every 5 mins as if they want us to leave and there are flies on the food. I can share the picture if its allowed.
Went to this Sports Bar on Sunday hoping to see NFL games and have a late lunch. Previous day World Series baseball game was playing, I asked to get NFL games on and server said no one knew how to change the tv?!?! Had a fan blowing cold air over us and asked for it to be turned off but never got done. Used the washroom but there was no soap, notified the server but did not know if that got rectified right away. Had the Tennessee Chicken sandwich with fries and was good. Not a fan of tiny plate served on.
